The Marco?s Pizza in Sidney needs new management and employees. I placed an order tonight and went from 11.00 to almost 19.00... and ordered practically nothing. The guy on the phone was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me and when I called back themanager was disrespectful and rude as well . So I called Cassanos ? got Twice as much and 16.00 dollar bill! Why did I callMarco?s???? NEVER AGAIN! I work I. Food service for many years and was never aloud to be disrespectful !!! Read more

After ordering a steak sub online, the manager on duty called and stated their steak was frozen and it would take a half hour to... 45 minutes to thaw. I agreed to wait...45 minutes later, she calls back to say "it's still completely frozen"! I call bluff, forher voice was annoyed when I said I was willing to wait the 45 minutes originally! Needless to say, after all the other failedexperiences with this place, I'll never order again! Read more

I just picked up a small birthday pizza 09/11/21. The young lady that made it, I did not catch her name. She was very nice,... friendly from start to finish. I want to thank her, the pizza was one of the best I've had! I hope she is in there the next timeI order! Thanks for making my day better. Read more

I order from this location all the time. Tonight is the first time there has been an issue. The sub was burnt and made regular... when I had changed the ingredients. It's pretty much the same thing I always order. It was offered to replace but since it tookabout an hour the first time I just got a credit. Overall friendly and great service though and I will continue to order fromthem. Read more

Every time we order from here, its horrible. We used to love it, but its gone way downhill, at least in Sidney. Decided to try... again, this is what we get. Everything was burnt on the bottom. You could even smell the char!! How does this even make it outthe door? Edit...I received a call from the GM, I think it was. He was very courteous, and made it right for us. Therefore, Ihave changed the rating from 1 star, to 3 stars, due to the GM. Read more
