Asked for fresh decaf coffee to replace the bitter (old?) coffee I was given and manager Kim said ?We don?t do that.? The... lettuce in my $3.99 salad was brown. I liked my waitress, Layla though. She deserves a better place to work. Read more

Very low end quality of food. Pancakes were flat and rubbery, Bacon not done. Hollandaise sauce didn't really seem to be that... and very salty. Muffin was hard and crumbly and we asked for a replacement and she said well they're all baked together sothey'll all be like that, but when you walk out in the front case they look beautiful. When we got to the register to pay thegirl asked was everything okay and I told her well not really but she didn't ask what the problem was.She just took my money andmoved on. Wonderful experience every time I go in. The staff is super friendly and prompt, absolutely recommend....Also... Have spent... many years in the restaurant business in every position from dish, to server, to line cook and seeing a sign like this hangingon the door, makes me honestly wish my past managers would have stuck up for us employees even half as much as the managerialstaff did here.
