Ordered taco pizza pasta and bread sticks received two tacos pizzas . Called and and explained the situation for about ten mins... just for the person on the phone to figure it out. Mind you I called 6 times before they picked up. My replacement order arrivedat my place of work. Two hours pass before I open the box. And it?s a double order of bread sticks with two orders of breadsticks on the top of the box as well. So four orders of bread sticks and no pasta.. I legitimately spent 40$ with Pizza Hut so Icould get the pasta . I called them once I realized for 30 mins straight. We eventually got the situation handled. Only because we stayed on top of it. Long story stort. My sister and i decided to have... a pizza and movie night with our 7 children. We called and ordered. Was quoted $60 and some change for all of it including taxesand delivery. Before the food was even on the way my card was charged $73 something. I call back and no one would answer. Icontinued to call back repeatedly until i got anyone. The lady who took my order and quoted me refused to answer. So i gotanother lady to give me her name and info and corporates number. I called corporate and made a complaint. They apologize. I wasassured me they would have they're higher ups get to the bottom of this complaint and they would refund me our money within48-72 hours. After 72 hours i checked the account and only 10 was issued back. So we stopped by the store since nothing i waspromised had happened. The manage at the store had heard nothing of this matter considering she should have been notifiedimmediately. But she did good by use and handled it above and beyond. If it wasn't for us she wouldn't have none about all thatwas going on under her nose at her store with her employees and if it wasn't for her and what all she done to fix the situationwe wouldn't ever go back to pizza hut. Ordered online at 8:00pm on a Thursday. Order didn?t arrive until 10:30pm. I?m only 0.4 miles away from the location. Online it... said it would be delivered within 25-30 minutes. 2 and a half hours for one pizza and a short drive is unacceptable. Afterreading other reviews this seems to happen a lot. On top of all that the pizza arrived cold and honestly didn?t taste that good.Definitely wouldn?t recommend ordering from this location. Read more
I prefer picking up my pizza. I also understand how understaffed everyone is. However, that is not to excuse the attitude. No... need to be rude when I give you the order name and hand you my card. I have worked in customer service and I understand thelevel of tired when you see another customer and you are knee deep into something; but they were just standing there staring. I stopped ordering pizza hut months ago because of the bad experiences I kept having. My husband ordered from them today and... they said they have six delivery orders and only one delivery driver. The pizza arrived undercooked and gooey. Always adisappointment. Also pictured is the wrapper from the BBQ wings. There was about zero sauce on them. Read more
