Ran through the drive thru to get food for the grandkids. Girl taking our order was so incompetent I started to just pull out... while she was trying to get it right. We get to the window and she kept trying to give us stuff we did not order then got reallysnarky with us when we tried to tell her it was not ours. She said " DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT" in very rude tone. Under normalcircumstances I would have dema ded her just give my money back and went elsewhere but my wife is much nicer than I am. We couldhear the drivers in front of us having issues with her getting their orders right also. Read more

Stopped here for a bite to eat on a long road trip. The staff was very friendly and professional and the food was great. I was... happy that the dining room area was open. (We had stopped down the street at Arby's first and the dining area was closed, whichwas disappointing.). Thanks for the great service Eva! Read more

When I order 'no-salt' fries I expect to wait for 2-6 minutes for a new batch to cook, but in the meantime, your drink is... delivered. I usually get a Frosty instead of a drink and most times have to Macgyver a way to eat the treat while waiting forthe fries. Recently the Frosty has been handed over with a spoon and napkin, so my wait time can be enjoyed with a few scoops ofa still very cold Frosty. My service cats usually garner much attention from the staff and that can be why many servers forgotto hand over a spoon with the Frosty, but included it in the bag that was delivered curbside when the fries were done. Today amotorcycle was in the handicap zone in the only van-accessible stall. The yellow striping zone is not a free for all parkingarea for bikes, but a space for a lift/ramp to allow a wheelchair to get in and out of their van. The manager seemed concernedbut the bike was still there after 10 minutes and had been there for longer than 30 minutes, so it must have been an employee.This is not the way to treat your customers. Great friendly service, they are upgrading their facilities during the Corona-19shutdown, so I am looking forward to the new interior. I like that they are quick to have someone pull over to wait for aspecial order (my salt-free fries) and not hold up the line. Read more
