My kids and I would frequent this place monthly. I'd spend at least $120 per visit. Until the last visit. I ordered a beer,... which never came to our table. Knowing our server had his hands full because management clearly can't staff the place, I wentup to the bar to ask for my drink. I don't know the guys name, but he's a black guy with white hair. I told him I ordered abeer and haven't recieved it yet. He replied "All my tickets are done, it's your servers problem" and literally turned his backand walked away. Edited review: you offering me an order of wings to forgot the ridiculous way i my self and friends were treated isnt going to... help. I called corporate to file a complaint. You can keep your wings im good off of your horrible establishment... hopefullythey look at the cameras and see how poorly we were treated for no reason. Also its very shady you guys were only charging cashfor that boxing fight. We walked in and were told nothing after we sat down and ordered our food we were told that we needed topay ten dollars cash or else we could be escorted out by the police... what the actual heck! How were we suppose to go find anATM after we had already ordered our food and started drinking. Absolutely ridiculous!! Such lack of communication andprofessionalism..... good riddance.... ......... The worst absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten by the generalmanager himself. Who was having a bad day and decided to let it out on all of us. He said if we didn't like how he approachedour table yelling that we could leave or else he would call the police to escort us out.... Still my favorite B-Dubs!!!!! Way better then any of the ones in Tucson!!!! The drinks still made strong and the food absolutely... delicious like everytime I've gone before!!! Also the server absolutely amazing as always great food great service and alldifferent kinds of sports to watch!!!! Read more
Edited to add that when I filled out the form as requested, I was offered the equivalent of 5 wings to make it right. This... seems to be an ongoing issue per reviews so thanks but no thanks since I'd rather not wait again. Review: Been twice and lefttwice after ridiculous wait. Tried again today. We were told 5-20 min and left after asking at 35 min if we had any hope ofbeing seated. They had no idea when we could be seated but were still telling guests 5-20 min when no one had been seatedwithin that time frame. They were taking carry out and bar guests like crazy while table guests waited in the lobby. Tableswere empty and one, maybe two, servers were waiting tables. Read more
Dining experience: Food was good, but server messed up my order. I ask for sauce on the side instead on on the chicken and I... didn?t get that. She also did not check on us and took a long time to refill our drinks. Keeping it at 4 stars because barservice was excellent and so was togo. Only recommendation for Togo is give three sauce for 20 wings instead of 2. Read more
Ignored at the hostess stand for a few minutes, even though four people walked past me. Eventually got seated at the bar.... Bartender was good. Food was good. Had loaded pretzel knots or something, and 10 wings. They were closing at 10pm, which didn?tmatter to me, but seemed odd that last call was at 8:30. I would have to say the only problem with this place is getting a seat. Environment is great most of the staff is great but the... seating can be outrageous sometimes. The restaurant could be half full and you can't get a seat because they don't have theservers. Everything else is great about it though, these chips were amazing, I would add more jalapenos! So I ordered 10 traditional wings(mango habanero) however I received them with no mango habanero sauce, just plain wings
