My last review was a 5 star.. but after today's visit I give less for the horrible service. The new girl today made a rude... comment. While I was ordering she said, "well, we have a lot of other orders to make" which told me that my order was aninconvenience to them.. also our drinks were incorrect and she forgot a muffin. I usually try to be considerate towards newpeople but her rude comment was really offensive.. customer service says a lot about an establishment. I hope she learns a skillor 2 from the other employees who have given exceptional service. Food was good but to the manager, please speak with her aboutthe way she treats your customers. We went into to DD this morning and we greeted by a younger woman (multi colored hair) and she immediately set the tone. She... had an attitude as if she was in a rush and as if we were bothering her. There was no one else in the store and there were twopeople working so I?m not sure why she was in a rush. Her attitude was too much but I maintained my calm as I know everyone hasa bad day but if she is always like that she should not work in a customer service position. Read more
Out of the Dunkins that I've been to, this location has yet to mess my order up by forgetting one of my items. It only gets four... stars though because occasionally the coffee comes out tasting different than usual. Read more
I hate Sierra Vista so much. I was so excited to see that they had something besides McDonald?s so I ordered on the app. DD, why... do you allow civilians to order on the app if we can?t even pick it up? Why is this on the base, seriously?!? Tell your UX teamto design a button that ask if you are military or not. Update: Dunkin gave me a gift card to use at another location so I?mhappy about that, just would have been nice to know this location is on a military base before I placed the order. Read more
First time trying Dunkin and I actually loved my experience. At first, when I bit into the donut I was disappointed because... there was no cream but half way through there was enough cream which made the donut perfect. I only wish they add more cream soit balances out. Went great with my iced coffee sugar cookie cream. And the price is very reasonable. For a small and donut Ionly paid less than $6 which made me question starbucks. Read more
My favorite Dunkin to go to.... ever! And I've been to a lot if Dunkins. If Jay sees this, they need a generous holiday bonus!
