The waitress pictured at this restaurant was the rudest and most incompetent person I've ever met. OK, so we all make... mistakes... not a problem. However, after a discussion about incorrect items in my take-out order she instantly becameconfrontational. She then refused to correct the order. When I asked to speak to the manager she said that the manager wasn'tthere. When I asked who the manager was she said, she didn't know. When I asked for her (the girl in the photo) name she said,she didn't know (her own name). When asked when the No-Name manager would be back into work, you guessed it, she didn'tknow. If you decide on a to-go order, you had better check it before you pay, because I am sure she WILL NOT KNOW how tocorrect your order or issue you a refund. First impression, the place is clean, open and enough space to sit in. The menu is friendly. They have the basics and also items... with cabeza and birria ready to go. Just moved to Sierra Vista. Hubby and I stopped in here for some street tacos today. Very happy we did! Our order consisted of... both chicken and carnitas street tacos, half side order of rice & beans, guacamole w/chips & salsa, and horchata. Everything wasflavorful and delicious and fresh... even the rice and beans. Most of the time I've found rice and beans to be just blandtasting... I may have a few bites and just throw them away when I'm done with my entree...not here! - these were also quitetasty! I couldn't finish my food and actually took my rice and beans home to eat later. The last pic of the tacos was tospecifically point out their Verde salsa - mouth watering good!! If you haven't checked them out yet, I highly recommend youtreat yourself. Hands down, the best restaurant in Sierra Vista. Authentic Mexican cuisine that also has whimsical, super fun menu items.... Imagine Taco Bell?s imagination with proper Mexican techniques. I went four times in one week, and many other visits while I wasin the area. The carnitas and birria are my favorites. Prices are fair. The restaurant is clean and has fun decor. The staffare friendly and fast. The only downside is I don?t like their horchata. It?s chalky and seems like it?s from a powder base. Read more
