First off, I have seen some places that flop and this place is no flop. Got myself the 26 (chicken bacon ranch) meal and oh boy... was it good. For my first visit I was given a general idea of what was what on the menu, and made the order. During my meal Iwitnessed many more customers come through. Some had issues with their orders and they were quickly handled with what appearedto be satisfaction. Another big deal on my scorecard is that they aim for a more recycled environment. All out, clean, quick,and customer caring. Hang out a as you eat and see for yourself why I now call this my favorite sandwich shop. ... The server "Esteban" consistently messed up orders in front and behind me in the 15 minutes I was there. I had to wait longer... than I had to for my order, as did the lady behind me ( one of the orders he messed up!). I understand that we make mistakes,but he was also very rude. What I can imagine was his manager kept having to remind him how to do his job, and instead oflistening he would complain and work slower. I love Jersey Mike's but I can't forgive a rude, lazy, and indifferent demeanor! Read more

I love coming to this restaurant because of one employee. I call his serotonin because of his tattoo. Apparently his real name... is Litos. Either way he is always friendly. Always fast. And always accurate. When he is here I now my food will be on point. Read more
I travel the country and love Jersey Mike's. Never had a sub with more bread than meat before. When I picked it up it felt... light, when I unwrapped it it looked like just bread. I had to pull it apart just to see if I actually had a sandwich. Read more
Overall the experience was good. The woman making the sandwiches was slow and did not project herself as customer service... oriented; perhaps she was new? The Manager stepped in and made things right. The restrooms were clean as well as the diningarea. The sandwiches were tasty, but very expensive...sign of the times? Read more

I tend to order the same sandwich when I find one I like. Today I ordered the same sandwich, as usual, but it was even better... than in the past because it was made with generous portions of everything, that came on it, and it was outstanding! I told theemployees I appreciated the sandwich, and it was the best one I?ve ever had there! With the cost of everything going up,including eating out, it was great to enjoy such a great sandwich!
