Walked in and long table right of door had employees but a guy got up and the group followed him to the back and they all stood... in a circle as hes talking were at counter and waiting to order and was told to use the machine to order food so we did I guessno more interaction with people as far as ordering. Once done ordering food looked around and inside was okay couple tables weredirty. An employee female was litterly running back and forth for the drive thru vehicles and our number was called our orderwas not handed to us complete the drink order was asked about 2 times finally got it outside there were 4 vehicles waiting forthere orders all the while the female employee was the only one running her butt off. They keep overcharging for the med ice coffee when there sign clearly says 1.79. I notified the manager yesterday. So I guess... management thinks it's OK to charge more than the advertised price. Better check your receipt as they could over charge on otheritems! Read more
This Mc Donalds always forgets items, I do not complain. But tonight takesthe cake. I have to write a review. I worked at... McDonald's it is a horrible place to work. That being said it is not a place that requires a degree in Astro Physics. The DeluxeQuarter Pounder was not even edible. It was so saturated in mayonnaise. The sandwich is not suppose to have mayonnaise. Thetomato was rotten. Absolutely no quality. Disgusting down right disgusting. I decided to try this location out for the first time. They made us in the second line wait over five minutes just to order... (five cars went ahead of us in the other line). The individual taking our order kept going silent then asked us to repeat whatwe ordered (we wanted three meals and a happy meal). After him going quiet for the fourth time I drove forward and completed myorder at the window. They gave me a Big Mac with no meat.... just several middle buns, sauce, lettuce and pickles. They forgotALL of the toppings for our chicken sandwiches (only chicken and bun). Forgot a large fry and didn't give us the apples orapple juice we ordered. I think they're high in there (based on conversations with the people at the window). I was originallytold that this was the "Good" McDonalds here in Sierra Vista... It was only one time and I'll go here again to see if it's apattern, but I'm guessing it's not. Read more
This McDonald's is usually on point. They have their slip ups but a solid McDonald's nonetheless. The only real complaint is... their Coca-cola. It has a plastic taste to it. I thought it was me just me so I bought a coke from the other McDonald's and ittaste like McDonald's Coke should. Read more
I am giving this McDonald's in service on highway 92A -0, I know accidents happened but today I was served a quarter pounder... that was raw, I called the manager made it right by by offering me a new one which was cooked right, But then I was also givenan Apple pie that had been expired since this morning was very disappointed, However they did cook new ones and give me one thatwas fresh after all. My order is usually around 15.90 or 16.20. Tonight it came out to 18.50 and I know I was overcharged for having bacon on my... burger. Instead of doing the bacon double meal, she rang in a double qp add bacon, which jacks the price up. I asked the girl inthe window to fix it and she literally said ?that?s not my job man?. It literally is her job. She is an entitled brat and shouldnot be working in food service if she cannot provide decent customer service. Will be talking to the manager in the morning,doing a survey, and whatever else I can to make sure I never see her in the window again. Read more
