They were out of a few food ideams however we asked how long and they said no more than 20 mins so we placed our order to go and... it was hot and fresh within the 20 mins and we paid and got home and it was still hot. employees were very nice but couldn't seethere name tags to give them a shout out. Came through parking lot round about to window, sat there for 10 minutes before server came to the window. Only for them to be... servicing someone else. Instead of taking my order, she wanted me to pull around the opposite side of the building and gothrough the drive through that was not marked from left side of building. As if no one ever comes in from the parking lot on theleft? I understand taking the order from the window is a difficult task for some, but amazingly, it can be accomplished.Terrible experience and a waste of time. Read more
Rice was so dry, even soy sauce was no help. Tried the beyond meat orange chicken and had a hard time biting thru it. One side... was so hard and dry my teeth now hurt. Read more
3 stars for the good flavor of the honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and various other items. Deducted 2 stars for missing... items in my order. I had a large order, parked and waited less than 10min, fine. Figured they got the order right, nope. Drovehome and no cream cheese puffs, egg rolls and an order of noodles. Ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken with Fried Rice. Decent portion, though it has gotten significantly smaller. It used to come with... one or two of those small ketchup-like cups of Sweet & Sour Sauce. No more, now it's 3 tiny packets. Not enough for 1/3 of thisentrée. To top it off they didn't include my wife's main entrée and we had to return to get it corrected. Needless to say, theentire meal was cold by the time we able sit down and eat. And this isn't the first time they have messed up an order. So, likethe saying, fool me once, fool me twice....I think Panda is off the menu from here on, plenty of other options out there. Read more
This is a good place to satisfy that orange chicken and noodle craving. But having eaten Panda Express in Texas, the difference... in quality is crazy. Literally every selection choice is lesser quality, you would think there would be consistency across thestores nationwide to some extent, but that just isn't the case. It's not that the food here is bad, but it's okay when comparedto others that are fantastic. Read more
