Pizza is good as usual. Customer service can range from okay to awesome. One of the better customer service experiences in town.... Recommend the paparoni has pepperoni in the crust :). My kids love it. Read more

I'm ecstatic that there is a Papa Murphy's pizza in our new home town. I placed an order for a customized pizza on the app... earlier in the day and scheduled an afternoon pick-up time. I was concerned about how app took the customization and called thestore to make sure they understood. They could not see the order yet and told me they would watch for the order and call if theyhad concerns. When I walked in I gave my name and said I had placed an app order for a customized pizza. The gentlemanimmediately said, we've been watching all day and never got your order from the app. We'll make it right now. They took myorder and the pizza was done almost before I walked away from the register. The gentleman indicated they would be happy to takemy orders by phone in future as they'd had issues with app before. Great customer service! I'll be back for sure. And yes Idid go online and sent my concerns to customer service about app issues. I also sent accolades to corporate about the greatservice at this location. I never heard back from corporate. I just stopped in here for a minute I did not buy any pizza. I have never had Papa Murphy pizza. I was curious what it looked... like it kind of reminded me of a Subway's sandwich store. Even the aroma was very much Subway sandwich. I'm sure the pizza isprobably pretty good, but there was nothing in there that made me feel like I was missing out if I didn't buy one.
