I ordered a pizza from this location and was treated with nothing but disrespect. I called the 800 to address this issue with... the Manager (who was the one who was rude). The other employees witnessed her unprofessional and I requested the call waspulled for qc. This fosters a bad work environment for other employees and customer service. We ordered ahead for pickup. We love the convenience of being able to order ahead. We love the pizza hut point system that... allowed us to redeem points for a free order of wings. We tried the garlic boneless and they were hot and delicious We also gota stuffed crust with sausage and mushroom the cheese in the crust was great but the pizza itself did lack flavor and was alittle dry. The staff were friendly enough and we had no other issues. This is why I gave this experience 4 stars. Read more
If you live in Sierra Vista, AZ and order pasta, don't get it from the Pizza Hut at 3680 E Fry Blvd. location. We have ordered... pasta alfredo with chicken twice now and they sent pasta alfredo without chicken. When called to have the correct dinners sentthe general manager (that's what she called herself) was rude and accused me of lying to her. Said the chicken was under thecheese. It wasn't. We had to fight with her to get the correct dinners. Then she wanted the dinners that were sent to us. Shecouldn't resell them (at least I hope she didn't) so we can only assume she wanted to make sure we were telling the truth. Read more
