Hip and cool spot, busy every time I went but the coffee was worth the wait.
Was going to treat myself to a cold brew $5. So for $5 I would have to take my black coffee home to put creamer in it. I lowered... this from a five star to a one star because they said they do not carry French vanilla creamer. So I could pay five bucks for aStarbucks cold brew and I would have to go home to put creamer in it. They said they could put fancy syrups in it fancy this init I said you don't have french vanilla they said no we don't so because of that I give them one star. Needless to say if I haveto fix it at home I might as well just where you can buy 62 Oz bottle of Starbucks cold brew coffee right here in Safeway withsome creamer and take it home yourself and you would have six cups of coffee with French vanilla creamer for a total of $5 for62 oz of cold brew and for a total of $2 for French vanilla creamer instead of one cup of coffee I would have five just wanted atreat here at Safeway can't believe they could not accommodate me with French vanilla creamer outrageous. Update: this location has improved a lot on their speed. Out of all the starbucks stands in Sierra Vista, this location is best... for speed, accuracy, and courtesy. This isn?t the fastest location, but they aren?t an actual full service store, so they areoverwhelmed and understaffed. It would be nice if Sierra Vista actually had a drive thru. The demand is here. Coffee prepared great as well as the caramel macchiato. Friendly people. Very busy location each time I went. Just my opinion
Went there with my daughter. The lady was not friendly at all. Specifically asked to redeem my points. Instead my card was... charged when she scanned my phone. Giving 2 stars because my daughter liked her strawberry funnel cake frappe without espresso.We all have our bad days but when customers are trying to be nice to you, you should try to do the same. If not, I'm sure thereare other people looking for employment who deserve a chance. Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks to come too. Even when the lines are long and they have a lot of drinks, the employees are always... so nice and seem calm. Alyssa and Phil are so friendly and kind. Today when I went in to get my drink tweaked, Alyssa was morethan willing to I have it remade and had my try it right there to make sure it was perfect (it was!) Their customer service isimpeccable!! Google said Safeway Starbucks opens at 5am, not true. Opens at 6a, good coffee,good breakfast
