I love Wendy's, I always have. It's one of my main places to go but after living here for just over a year I have been 2 times... and those are the times I got food. I have been over 10 time but the POS system is always down or they don't have what they areadvertising. I went to get a peppermint Frosty and got up the the speaker and was told they don't have it and won't have it fora little bit. I am sorry but I will no longer be going to this Wendy's. Read more
good food, if pricey for fast food, but the drive-through had the slowest service I've ever seen in 50 years of going through... them! I started timing, and it took seven minutes per customer. That's awfully slow. Five cars ahead of me, so 35 minutes to getdone. I could have gone to a sit-down decent restaurant, spent 2 bucks more for a similar salad, and been home just as quickly. My husband went to pick up food. He can home and realize that his chicken sandwich was old and hard and not good than I realized... the same thing about my chicken sandwich. The manager who is a lady and was working on October 1st at 7pm tried to argue withme. I had explained to her that I have worked at McDonald?s for over 2yrs. I know what old chicken looks like and yes chickenwas old. After than she agreed to fix the problem and than unprofessionally hung up on me. I do not think she is a good managershe also was rudely yelling at someone while I was still on the phone. No employee should be treated that what nor any customer. Read more
Employees were nice but the spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered were not very good. They were dry and over done. There was a... tiny slice of tomato and a piece, and I mean tiny piece, of lettuce on them. Won?t probably go back? shame because I love a goodWendy?s but this one is a no. Read more
Great group of people working at this Wendy's. They are always friendly and helpful. We were their first customer of the day... more than once and they greeted us with enthusiasm and great personality. We never seem to order exactly as normally preparedand our sandwiches come out perfectly customized. That is appreciated and is why we keep coming back. We are new to this stateand this area. They have certainly made us feel welcome. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience and will never return. All the food was terrible. We waited quite a while for our food which was... fine considering it was 4th of July but once we got home and went to eat we realized it was not worth the wait and definitelynot worth the money. The fries tasted as if they had been sitting there all day or made from old potatoes. The salad that I gotmy mother looked like someone was eating out of it. There was about 80% of the salad gone and absolutely no avocado which is thewhole point of the reason she chose that salad. I don't know if they forgot to finish making it or if someone actually ate it.We tried calling the restaurant but of course it was later and no one answered. Did not feel like driving all the way backconsidering it was already late at night. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Read more
This Wendy's has lost our business. Today, at the drive thru, the speaker was not working, so we had to order at the window,... last time (2 weeks ago) the fryer wasn't working, so no fries, and 2 months ago all the employees were standing outside while wewaited inside the building to order. After 5 minutes, we went outside to ask someone to come in the building for us to order. Today, we ordered 3 different items (chicken sandwich, baconator fries, frosty) and all were done incorrect. The chickensandwich was missing lettuce, the baconator fries had too much cheese and it wasn't melted, and the frosty was more of amilkshake, not thick at all. We had asked for a spoon for the frosty and we were told they are out of spoons. ???? Read more
Shout out to Enrique for being the kindest most caring fast food service worker I've ever met! He made sure all of my needs were... met and even checked on me when I was sitting down and eating. Five star service! And the food is pretty consistent here. Read more
