Just about the only place to eat in Sierraville, CA. The staff was friendly enough and the breakfast choices (eggs Benedict &... chicken/waffles) were well received. However, we were only in the diner with one other family and our food took quite a while tobe prepared. Stopped here on my way up to Frenchman?s Lake. The food was delicious!! I got the Whiskey Burger and the fries were awesome;... some other restaurants tend to over salt their fries but this place made them perfect. The service was great and theestablishment had a nice home feel. I would definitely recommend this place if you?re going to the hot springs or camping. Iwill definitely return! Read more

Really delicious food. The fries are amazing, and their burgers and sandwiches are HUGE. Seriously, bring your appetite.... Generally have 3 beers on draft, which appear to rotate pretty regularly. Prices are great. Anytime we are in the area, we makea point to eat here at least once. We have yet to have a bad meal here. Service is great as well, it's pretty small though, soget there when they open to avoid the small rush at lunchtime. Read more
