Recently I've been told to go on elimination diet. It was day 3 and I was on Siesta Key when I found this little gem. Liz was... very helpful and pleasant while sharing with me her journey of eliminating foods that made her ill. Ultimately, I order aoversized avocado toast and a kale and apple salad due to my diet being so restricted. However, they offer all sorts of optionsbut mine were limited. Nutritious You is amazing! I had breakfast with my Mom here this morning (My Mom ate there and I was with her via Face time) and... they were so kind and accommodating to us! My Mom said the food was absolutely delicious!! Mom got a delicious dish with freshberries in it for breakfast this morning and she got two different dishes to take home with her and is having it for dinner andshe can't stop raving about how wonderful the food is! She brought home a rice wrap for dinner and Mom just sent me a text andshe said, "Katie, this caramel peanut butter pecan acai bowl is awesome!". Katherine and Ashley could not have been kinder to meand my sweet 80 year old Mom! Customer service is just amazing and their kindness went such a long way to make having breakfastwith my Mom such a wonderful experience! I liked everything and the flavors were good. I wish they listed ingredients better since I can?t eat onions and they loaded the... nachos with them and I didn?t know (i just switched meals with my mom-in-law) Nice staff. It?s a bummer they don?t have easieraccess to a bathroom. Nice atmosphere and good quality food. Fairly eco- friendly. It?s pricey but don?t let that sway you, theportions were fair enough. Want to love this place but every-time I come I am so disappointed. This is outrageously overpriced food for what it is. The... tuna salad pictured is just unseasoned mush w more spinach than anything else.. With no side this poorly rolled wrap costs $14.It?s almost comical but it?s actually sad bc the menu in theory is great but I don?t think they taste what they sell. Only thingI?d get again here is the smoothies but I?ll just go to one of the many better vegan options in SRQ. Read more
