There was No hot food when we got there at 5:30 pm on Saturday. VERY LITTLE PIZZA. We had to wait 20 minutes for chicken and... there were so many people in line that we didn't get any and had to wait another 20 min. The pizza sauce for the bread sticksdidn't taste good either! Read more
Went in just after 6pm. Only one other family in the restaurant. Unfortunately the only thing hot (or fresh) was the... chicken. The staff did (eventually) bring more pizza out but, it was too little too late. We've been in many times in the pastand this is the only time we've had less than a spectacular dinner at this location. That said, we'll be back. Read more
We eat here quite often. I've never out much thought into them always blocking the back part of the restraunt off until this... evening. They always have the back half blocked with chairs so people can't sit back there.. I'm assuming so they don't have toclean it. Any how. The fire door is in the back (blocked by the chairs) That's hazardous!!! Read more
Order pizza for delivery was told be here in 40 min. Waited for 1 hour 30min never showed up. Called and was told we could come... pick it up. Will not be ordering from Pizza Ranch in Sigourney IA again!!! Read more
There were Very accommodating... We went in about a 1/2 hour before they were clearing off the buffet.. They kept everything... there if there was something that we wanted that was empty they refilled it for us no questions asked they were very friendlyand polite Read more
This was by far the worst experience I have had at a pizza ranch. I fully understand they were under staffed but then they... shouldn't have been open. Almost all the tables were dirty. There was no food at the bar. I paid $39 to take my family out andwe all left hungry. Read more
We ate here a few months back and said we would never go back, well tonight we tried it again! It was awful the entire time we... were there we had the option of 1 pizza and cheese sticks, the ranch was gone no mashed potatoes and 3 pc a chicken. There wasonly 3 tables in the entire place and each one of there where saying the same thing. The floor was so sticky my shoes stuck tothe floor. I placed and order to go 4pc chicken dinner. I wanted it done at 550pm I waited until 615 and it just got done. Iopened it when we got to the truck there was 3 wedges TINY wedges in it. Super big joke! And your darn right we were going toleave and I told every customer walking it how disgusting it was and the options of NO FOOD! They all walked away. I usually don?t have much issue besides a long wait but I am just so confused about my latest experience. We ordered a chicken... bacon ranch and I wanted to try the balsamic fig sauce topper (key word there is TOPPER) on half. Apparently this was confusingto them as when we went to pickup the pizza they had not made it at all. Fine, I understand wanting to get it right. They saidit would be 9 minutes. We waited 15 minutes before we got our pizza. Fine. That?s fine. But when I opened it, half the pizzalooked right but the side that was supposed to have the balsamic fig sauce on TOP, was missing the chicken and bacon!Ridiculous! They should understand that a topper doesn?t mean just the topper and nothing else! Also we didn?t get the olives weasked for on it. All around an unpleasant time. Read more
