First time here, we loved everything. Matthew took such good care of us. Nice wine collection. Fine dining options as well as... sandwiches, pasta, pork chops etc. We had the local lamb burger with arugula, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese crumbles, tazikisauce and red onions. Gonna have to bring the stars down after this last visit. The server was tremendously pleasant, sweet, and well mannered. She... was 5 stars. The appetizer was disappointing. You will find a picture I’m uploading of it. Specifically, the “beercheese” was too much to stomach. It was over cooked brown gravy at best. It was if someone forgot the cheese part of therecipe. The hamburger was tasty and the toppings were fresh. With a small selection of beer, I was a little shocked they didnot have an Indian Pale Ale. I’m not sure what I was expecting tonight. We were camping in Natural Falls and ran to Arkansas to explore. We Googled the best burger in Siloam Springs and 28 Springs was... the top choice. It did not disappoint. I had the keto burger and it was a great combination of flavors. My husband had theArkansas dip BBQ burger. It was one of his top 3 favorite burgers this year. The atmosphere is just right. Fantastic. Wonderful modern vibe in a cool retro car dealership in downtown Siloam! Fast friendly service. Elegant laid back... atmosphere. The rabbit fry bread and bacon chicken apps were incredible. The cod, pork chop and the Scottish salmon were allexcellent. Can't wait to go back! Read more

This is a lovely spot in downtown Siloam Springs. The ambience is great, the menu options all sound so good, making it hard to... choose a plate. You will never go wrong here. I tried their special spinach and goat cheese salad, and it was a flavorexplosion, AMAZING! As main dish, I had the salmon and pumpkin grits, just as DELICIOUS.
