Adorable place! Beautiful and so clean! Employees were kind and knowledgeable.
The food is decent but the customer service at this place is definitely lacking. Every time I?ve ate here I never see any adults... working. This place is basically run by teenagers or young college students. I?m not exaggerating when I say every time we orderfrom here my order gets messed up. They are always short staffed. It takes forever to receive your food even when they aren?tvery busy. It shouldn?t take 20 to 30 mins to make a sandwich. Twice now I?ve experienced them forgetting to put my order intheir system so when I show up to pick up my food they act all confused because they never made it! The Broadway Cafe is a neat little spot in old-town Siloam Springs. Since moving here 18-months ago we have dined there perhaps... a dozen times. Our previous experiences have been good - the food good and adequate portions. A couple weeks ago we ordered atuna-salad melt sandwich, a regular tuna-salad sandwich, received 2 servings of slaw as sides and ordered one potato salad sideand a pot of tea. The bill was $27, about normal for what we order. Unfortunately, on this occasion the amount of "tuna salad"on each sandwich was just a tad thicker than the slice of cheese. The sides and tea - good as always. In all our pastexperiences there was an adequate portion of meat/fish on the sandwich - an amount you might put on a sandwich at home. Hassomething changed? They're the only place I've ever seen to have a monthly drink special, and their seasonal soupsnever miss. The newest room that was added to the cafe a few months ago has the best vibes.
