Cafe on Broadway is the coziest cafe I've ever been to. I think about their iced white mocha every day, and all of their... sandwiches are so delicious. They're the only place I've ever seen to have a monthly drink special, and their seasonal soupsnever miss. The newest room that was added to the cafe a few months ago has the best vibes. The owners of this cafe are thenicest people I've ever known. Please visit Cafe on Broadway and be nice to the staff <3 they try their very best. Read more

The food is decent but the customer service at this place is definitely lacking. Every time I?ve ate here I never see any adults... working. This place is basically run by teenagers or young college students. I?m not exaggerating when I say every time we orderfrom here my order gets messed up. They are always short staffed. It takes forever to receive your food even when they aren?tvery busy. It shouldn?t take 20 to 30 mins to make a sandwich. Twice now I?ve experienced them forgetting to put my order intheir system so when I show up to pick up my food they act all confused because they never made it! It?s frustratingcontinuously experiencing this. It is extremely disorganized. Having all that said it?s very clear that the management at thisplace sucks badly. Read more

The Broadway Cafe is a neat little spot in old-town Siloam Springs. Since moving here 18-months ago we have dined there perhaps... a dozen times. Our previous experiences have been good - the food good and adequate portions. A couple weeks ago we ordered atuna-salad melt sandwich, a regular tuna-salad sandwich, received 2 servings of slaw as sides and ordered one potato salad sideand a pot of tea. The bill was $27, about normal for what we order. Unfortunately, on this occasion the amount of "tuna salad"on each sandwich was just a tad thicker than the slice of cheese. The sides and tea - good as always. In all our pastexperiences there was an adequate portion of meat/fish on the sandwich - an amount you might put on a sandwich at home. Hassomething changed? Ownership? Manager? Philosophy? We'll take a break for a while. Read more

We only had coffee (and one of us had a cookie, which needed more chocolate chips but was otherwise fine.) The coffee was good -... not sure or bitter. I would like to be able to share a review of the sandwiches but, apples, the server only wanted to know ourorder and provide it. He did not answer ANY questions about the menu - he was completely silent when asked direct questionsregarding the food he is selling/serving. It was odd. TOTAL SILENCE while maintaining eye contact but no response. The place wasclean and tidy - including the restroom. Interesting architecture and spacious. There are games and books for those wantingentertainment of that sort. They sell a nice variety of teas, including bulk, and hats and tshirts. Read more
