I don?t know if there system is messing up or if workers just aren?t reading the orders right but I placed a mobile order and... after getting home and I start eating I notice my beefy five layer has tomato?s added to it that I didn?t request and there wasno extra creamy jalapeño sauce or rice added like I wanted along with my cheesy fiesta potato bowl not having sour cream andlettuce added to it that I didn?t want. This isn?t the first time they have done this either. Please read your orders correctlyor read back the orders to the customer to make sure everything is right especially with mobile orders! Half of our order was missing and we said we didn?t have the nacho fry box meal and they said it was there but they don?t put... there?s in boxes ????. And no joke there was about 7 nacho fries in the box when we got it the last time we went to the SiloamTaco Bell (and that time the meal was in a box ???????). Stay away from this location. I would?ve given this place 5 stars just because of the performance of how they get the food out and everything until the last... 10 minutes I was here me and my family were sitting here eating and there was an older gentleman probably around 65 waiting onhis food and I?ve been waiting quite some time and I think someone else grabbed his food and went out the door with it when hegot up to ask about it somebody from the back and yelled at him rudely and said well if you want to I can just stop what I?mdoing and make it right now. What happened to respecting your elders or just having some decency to be polite he literallywasn?t up there throwing a fit or anything he just merely asked if his food was almost done. A responsible adult needs to oversee these workers!!! Phoebe W. was taking out the trash when we got to the store, my husband... went to the counter...and stood there while 2 young girls at the drive thru was laughing and talking and fixing themselvesdrinks. He never got waited on...until Phoebe walked back in and asked if he'd been helped... she apologized and was asweetheart. Seriously?!?! When did work ethic go out the window??!?! I've been coming here since I was a little girl. .well over20 years....and since the pandemic, it seems like workers get by with poor customer service. That's sad and UNAMERICAN! Read more

I had a mobile order and when I got inside I went to the mobile order counter and stood there for 12 minutes before anyone... talked to me then told me I had to get in line and check in. What's the sign that says "skip our lines every time, download theapp." Whats the point of this advertisement if I still have to wait in line and end up spending 30 minutes in lines. It's just awaste of time, delete the app. Read more

Went there for the first time since moving here and wow, what terrible service. We had to order at a kiosk then they were out... of the large drinks and would not provide a refund and then gave us the wrong order and gave someone else our order. Theyblamed everyone else except for themselves. Then their "system" went down and you couldn't order to fix it. Really, thecraziest thing I ever seen. Read more

I know they're having probles with their system. I just want to say that Connor was amazing tonight as so many cars lining up.... He was so polite but yet getting everyone through as fast as he could. Way to go Connor. Read more

The dining room was dirty, food took 20 minutes to receive. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned for us to have a place to eat.... They came out without a problem, but did a poor job of cleaning tables. Food was good. Read more
