Siloam springs zaxby is the worst. Don?t bother calling in your order. I waited 7 minutes after getting there. I even stopped... at a store on the way. Got there they hadn?t even started my order. Then when I got it the fries looked and tasted like theyhad been on the counter for 10 mins or more. I have not desire to ever go back. I would give no stars if possible. Amazing food!! However the manager her name is Angie she was being very rude to her coworkers.. she also wasn?t friendly to... customers such as myself. She needs more training on customer service and how to treat co workers. Will let cooperate know too.I don?t want her to lose her job, but she needs more training for sure. Let me just start off with saying that most of the customer service here is amazing, the food is great and they get everything... out really quickly with the top most respect. But tonight I went there I?m actually from out of town so I just was stopping byfor dinner. I went to the pick up window and the woman at the pick up window it was really nice she is new and I can?t rememberher name but, why am I giving this place two stars is because the attitude that the manager had with her whenever. I added anextra sauce at the window that?s totally my fault I forgot to ask at the speaker but it?s usually never an issue. the manager onduty tonight her name is Angie and she was totally rude to this poor girl she said she had only been there for two weeks andAngie said and I quote? have you not been properly trained I don?t understand what?s going on I don?t understand why you don?tknow these things. How long have you been working here because obviously you don?t know what you?re doing? First of all I thinkit?s super rude to speak to your employees that way I understand that she may not have known something but nowadays nobody wantsto work and nobody wants to be a hard worker. everybody is short staffed and so I think employers and managers really need toappreciate their employees it actually show up.
