I enjoyed my lunch. Very good. Our server extremely kind. Exceptional service.
This waitress was friendly. Service rating would be 9/10. Food was good. I had the fajita nachos with sides of beans and rice,... that wasn't included with fajitas nachos, it was ordered separately. The fajita nachos where an appetizer not a meal. It's yourcasual Tex-Mex menu items. It was good overall. The only thing that didn't appeal to me was the paper straws. That's just a 'mething'. LOL. Great service,excellent food and too bad on prices either.
In town visiting family, placed order, once arrived to pick up, price is different. No manager, they charged my cc and know one... to refund, spoke with Silsbee manager who said he tried to call GM who was working from home. How do you work from home andmanage a restaurant. I guess this is why the place was dirty and staff playing, texting. 4 days later I finally had to call mycc company to dispute charge. I have left messages for manager still no return calls. I believe my waitress was Segovia. She was very helpful. Well knowledgeable on the menu and specials. She made me feel right at... home and catered to us exceptionally! Only wish my wife would have let me leave a bigger Tip! Read more
