Drive through wait was 20 min with just one vehicle in front of us. Got to window and no one was there for 5 minutes. I'll never... use this drive through again...They were out of the mushroom swiss burger which is my favorite. Got a whataburger and the pattywas flatter than a pancake. Got a grilled cheese for my toddler and the cheese wasn't melted. The bread was toasted but cold. Read more

I ordered two basic combos which ended up taking 26 minutes to receive. We were apparently waiting for the chicken sandwich... which takes 10 minutes or so to heat up/cook. Fine, but that doesn't explain why it took 26 minutes. Furthermore, when I went into check on it the second time, they had everything ready but the fries, so that added to the time (because they didn't cook thefries while the chicken was cooking). Given that the food is mediocre anyways, I will never be returning to a waitaburger. I'drather be hungry. Read more
My husband and I came here.. hadn't really been back to sit, eat and ENJOY.. we decided to eat in, I'm like oh boy.. we had... the BEST customer service and greeting.. I was surely HOMETOWN PROUD of a manager named Jackie (Sells) not sure but anyhoo.. shewas so pleasant.. asked if we needed anything else.. her and her team were EXCELLENT.. I felt as if I were in a 5 starrestaurant..she also asked how was our meal... SHE MAKES ME WANT TO MOVE BACK TO MY HOMETOWN ?????????????????????? I enjoyed my food here although it was a bit chaotic behind the counter the manager held it together well. My only complaint is... that I didn't like watching 2 orders put in after made come out before mine did. Read more
I love Whataburger, however this distinct location seems stressful. The environment walking in was flustered. Everyone waiting... on food. One person waiting for her onion rings that sat there for several minutes. The worker then had to throw them away andmake fresh ones, causing more aggravation. They gave me French fries instead of onion rings. Seemed short staffed. Read more
While they may be the slowest fast food joint in town they're still the best! Always happy employees and great burgers and... fries.. Don't forget the onion rings are my personal favorite! In & out burger doesn't hold a candle to the one the onlyWhataburger! Read more
The charge too much for their hamburgers and they stopped giving out the mushroom hamburger and that's my favorite ever since... then they've gone downhill I wish they would bring it back I'd really appreciate it Read more
