If I could give zero stars I would. First we walked in and some workers were just standing around but we still had to wait to be... seated and there was hardly anyone in the dining area, after we were seated we had to wait forever for our drinks and order tobe taken, then we had to wait longer for our food to come out. I was almost done with my French toast and the last few bites Ifound a hair stuck to my French toast! I was disgusted and stopped eating. The waitress said she was sorry and took my meal offour ticket but I?ll never be back, worst service and staff does not care how they appear. My suggestion is find another place toeat or make your own food cause this place should be shut down. Read more
This poor crew of workers are doing the best they can with the limited amount of cooks and waitress. They were courteous and as... helpful as they can be with as busy as they are on a Sunday morning. Absolutely enjoyed my pancakes. They were fluffy anddelicious. Read more
Been here a few times and had a terrible experience. I went in a few days ago and had anali as my waitress. Super kind and fast... and had my salad out really quick also apologizing for the wait. I would leave a 5 star but the food took almost 30 minutes toan hour . Read more
I went here for brunch with a group. We all had something different and a split ticket. We'd had the waitress before and again... she was kind and attentive. Our food was cooked as we wanted and was good for a quick meal that was not fast food. Read more
Myself and my party of three were here on a Thursday in mid-afternoon, for an early dinner/quiet celebration. I will first... review the overall service and experience at this location, which includes the reasons for my rating of four stars. It wasfairly empty upon arrival, but a few other parties showed up over the duration of our visit, which was clearly overwhelming tothe only server on the floor, and understandably so. One party left after some time; apparently they weren't so understanding.The server seemed to be new, as she wasn't sure of a few items as she took orders from us and other customers... but she did herbest, and that always counts - we all have to learn. I noticed the floor hadn't been swept in quite sometime, nor had sometables been cleared off... but this was after we were seated and overheard another employee stating our table was clean as wepassed ones that were not. That same employee did sweep up and clear a couple of nearby tables at some point, but she left thebroom and dustpan propped up where it stuck out into the aisle... not the smartest idea, as our server was walking in that areaoften and could have tripped on it - but I digress. Ordering wasn't an issue, nor was the wait time between being seated,getting drinks, and the server coming back to see if we were ready to order after drinks had been served (we needed more time todecide). She did have to come back to let us know they didn't have a specific bread one of us requested, but that wasn't anissue, as most places don't have it. The length of time in which it took to receive our food, was appropriate. However, sheapologized for one of our toast orders being burnt and stated the toaster got too hot. Came to eat on a rainy day when every other restaurant had long wait. There was only 2 waitresses and the manager up front and... one cook. They were busy, but we didn?t have a long wait for a table, for the waitress to take our order, our drinks, OR ourfood, you can tell they had a long day but every employee was in good spirits laughing and still on top of their jobs. Thefood was hot, the waitress Desirae joked with us and was really nice and prompt. Thanks Denny?s and your staff for showing ushow you are supposed to handle a dinner rush!! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Busy Sunday Labor Day weekend. Waited 15 minutes for a table. No problem. Get a table and order... drinks. My DP comes out but the waitress explains to my husband they have no coffee cups clean so a 5-7 minute wait for coffee.No problem. After 5 minutes we see the manager bring two cups of coffee to the table next to us seated at the same time. Stillno coffee. My husband asks our waitress. She says there were a few cups left but she was told not to use them. A few minuteslater we see another waitress take a whole tray of coffee cups to the center section. By now we have been sitting there 30minutes. A ridiculous wait time for coffee at a Dennys. We left. Our waitress was fantastic. She was working very hard, busingtables, waiting tables and helping customers. The manager was micro managing and getting in the way of her doing her job.Terrible experience. Read more
