This was probably the worse pizza experience I've ever had. Ordered the new cheese/pep stuffed crust and instead got two rubbery... hot and now regular crust. Terrible we tossed most of the second one. Ordered garlic sauce and didn't get it. The bbq chickenbites were so charred on the top and the bottom they were inedible (tasted like cinders). Threw them away. We've filled outsurvey and requested a phone call which we NEVER got. This is the worst pizza place in silver city. Save your money go ANYWHEREbut here. Read more

These kids close an entire hour early and give a bad attitude when I asked for a hot and ready pizza at 9:05 a few weeks ago. ... I arrived at Little Caesar's about a minute before my pizza was supposed to be ready (I had ordered online): no other customers... were in the place and none would arrive in the nearly 25 minutes I ended up spending there. That tells me something about thesuccess of the business: no patrons at 6 PM for nearly a half hour. When I came into the store, several employees in the backwere laughing loudly and a young male employee (in a loud voice) uttered a string of expletives. After a minute or two, afemale employee approached the cash register and asked what I wanted. I said I had ordered online. She said I needed a code andI said I had no idea what she was talking about (this was my first time at a Little Caesars in many years). She said it wastexted to me. I looked: it wasn't. I then checked my email and it had been sent there. She said I had to type in the code to getmy pizza. My pizza still wasn't ready, so I'm not sure why it couldn't have been handed to me when it came out of theoven. Finally, my pizza comes out of the oven more than five minutes late (note that there were no other customers during myvisit) and one of the guys who had been goofing around in the back brings my pizza out and attempts to dump it in the pizza box,but misses. The group of three employees thinks that is really funny and laughs for about 30 seconds. Someone tells the guy "youget to clean that up." I am told I would need to wait while they made me a new pizza. While my new pizza is being made andbaked, the one young guy starts playing around with the business computer and is told not to by the other employees. He doesn'tlisten. He also starts playing around with one of the young women's phones. There is a lot of cursing and laughing going on: I'mpretty sure several of the employees were either stoned (pot) or high on mushrooms/acid.
