So what can I say about this place. Understaffed but what staff they have try and do actually work. However I've gotten to know... some of the staff and they say the manager is terrible and fires people on the spot with little verbal dialog except a publicoutburst. I haven't been to this location in... at least a couple of years. I went this afternoon for an early dinner, and have a few... complaints. Although the food I ordered was fresh enough, it wasn't that good as far as taste goes. The fries were fine, butthe nuggets tasted like pure cooking oil. Yucka. I expect a tummy ache later. As far as the employees go... the lack ofcustomer service and friendliness was abhorrent. The girl at the first window wasn't awful, but I had more manners than she did.At least she tried to sound nice as I drove away, so she gets an A for effort there. The woman at the second window also lackedmanners, but even worse, she basically threw the bag at me while curtly saying, "There you go." This was after she didn't say aword coming up to the window, and before she turned away as soon as my hand grabbed the bag - again, without saying a word. Onestar for decent enough fries, and another for quick service through the drive-thru. Each issue addressed above, took off a star.Do better! Read more
Service is usually friendly but unfortunately you never know if the food is going to taste fresh.

Worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. Horrible customer service and horrible professionalism. Waited what seemed to be about 20... minutes for 2 hot lattes, large fries, and a cookie. At one point a lady yelled at the "cooks" to hurry the f*** up that orderwas at the window waiting. I understood why she yelled that out loud. Theere was 3 employees in the back just standing aroundtalking amongst themselves. Then when we received our order both Lattes were only 3/4 full and the cookie was placed in a bagand tossed onto the counter and the guy said "here." This isn't the first time I've received this kind of service. ProbablyEVERY time I go to this location something happens: long wait, told it's cash only, order prepared incorrectly, bad customerservice. It's easier to just expect something to be wrong with your order, and don't hope they'll get it right. They won't 98%of the time. Read more
Sadly and the first time for a McDonald's chain store, food and coffee were not predictably, good. The surroundings were... depressing. The employees seemed to make the best of things. The food was not "fresh" or McDonald's fresh. Unless someone whocares gets to this outlet and sets limits on prepared food "shelf time" and trains the down beaten crew to care about freshnessand accuracy, I am sure things will continue at an undesirable cadence.
