Got the Detroit style pizza today. Not as good as stuff back home, but still really good and satisfies the craving! EDIT... 09/13/2022 - what the hell did I just eat? Got the Detroit style again, but.... did you guys forget the cheese and pepperoni?There was no cheese or pepperoni at all, just dough and sauce. They used doordash to deliver the wrong pizza. Wouldn't have a new pizza ready till 2 hours after my lunch break. Wouldn't... refund my money, said they would give me credit. Edit: They didn't. I went to redeem it and the people there had no idea what Iwas taking about. Up yours pizza hut! Read more
I ordered on the Pizza Hut application on 4 PM and scheduled a 5 PM pickup. When I arrived at 5 PM they had not started making... my pizza. I sat in my car in 90+ degrees until 5:21 waiting for my pizza. It was an awful pizza: many of the pieces had only oneor two slivers of chicken and there was very little cheese. Also, I ordered banana peppers (paid for banana peppers) but theywere not on the pizza. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. The pizza was worse than a cheap frozen pizza from Walmart. Read more
Zero is not an option. I will place a disclaimer that we did eat most of the food we ordered, but we hadn't eaten in about 18... hours. Pizza tasted like cafeteria pizza, hand tossed crust was dense and the sparse amount of toppings on the super Supremetasted old. The wings were ok and the premade salad was ok. The mozz sticks tasted gummy, like they should have cooked longer.Service was slow and we had to ask for items like ranch for the wings and marinara for the sticks. Worse yet, a Manager wasthere telling the staff things about cleanliness, but the tables were all sticky. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Read more
The pizza had something wrong with it. If it?s possible maybe too much cheese and not enough sauce. The cheese made the crust... soggy and soaked through the crust and into the box. It arrived in a bag and not the insulated one and was 40 minutes latewhich time wasn?t as much a problem as the pizza got cold and all that cheese turned into a strange clump. It also had a roughjourney during delivery and must have slid because the cheese and pepperoni were all on one side and went over the crust.Getting cold it stayed that way. I should have taken a picture. It was a sight. We were hungry and ate it. This is the onlytime I?ve ever had an odd experience with Pizza Hut so it won?t effect a future purchase.
