There is no menu for the truck drivers that walk up, then once I finally got someone?s attention they were rude about having to... take the order. I was standing there watching them, waiting for my order and short grayish hair about 40 ish, rudely stated ?isthere a problem?? Replied ?just waiting for my order? ?do u have to be at the window? replied ?cancel my order.? I did not knowI was committing a crime to watch them make burgers. Also it is not like they have a designated place for customers who walk upto order to sit. THEY ARE VERY EXTREMELY RUDE. That was at 5:45pm so be aware of the rude staff at this location. THE WORSTCUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I visit Silver City a lot to make deliveries for the mine but I will NEVER stop there again. Read more
We had a really good experience here, as my order came out and I was checking it cause I travel an hour home I realized I was... missing one item and another item was made incorrectly. However, this boy who had just got to his shift named josh came out toask what was wrong with my order, as he came back and forth trying to fix it after a few tries it still wasn?t correct. I askedto speak to the manager, the manager came out spoke to me, another lady who has just got there as I watched also joined themanager and between all three of them fixed my order. The reason it?s so important it is for me to write this review is because,not once did any three of them give me bad attitude or negativity, they were all positive and quick to fix our meal due to foodallergies. Usually they are terrific but this last time let me tell u, they were in such a hurry they cut us off after ordering for one... person and we had to ring in again to order for the next then they did not put any bacon on our bacon on bacon burger!!! We werealready headed back to lordsburg and it was late so we didn't turn around to have them make it right but I cannot believe itstill! How the heck do you forget to put bacon on a burger called bacon on bacon burger? I just don't know about some peoplethese days. . . Read more
Placed a big order, when we arrived home half of the order was missing. When we called instead of apologizing they claimed ?we... tried to chase you down.? We we?re parked on the east side of the building meaning we had to drive around the entire buildingbefore we could exit the parking lot. Music was not on, I was watching the doors of the building as we were leaving and nobodycame out. I was riding passenger in the vehicle during this ordeal. Horrible customer service. Couldn?t even offer to refundpart of the order for the inconvenience. Never going to visit this location again. Step your game up Sonic! Read more
Enjoyed eating with the family even if it was stuck in the car. Nobody had any complaints on the food it was good. ????
