Come for this experience because we had an amazing night celebrating my husband and his birthday! This has always been on my... bucket list, I hear a lot of my clients tell me how amazing it is. The food was great, Amy was our waitress and she wasawesome! Everyone there was nice, even Jaime the owner was showing us how to rope. We love how everything is homemade, portionsare so big? you?ll be taking something home.???? My husband is a steak kind of guy? the 10th photo is what he had left. Makesure when you do go make reservations and have stomach room ready to eat! We all had a great evening, thank you and wedefinitely will be back! Read more

Myself and two buddies attempted to fly out to CDT but were forced to turn back to Sun River due to wild fire smoke. Ultimately... we were able to make the reservation using the airport courtesy car. Jamie was amazing one of the most friendly and helpfulindividuals. Will definitely be making another trip out there. Read more

3 course meal - salad, cowboy beans and rolls, entree is your choice of steak or chicken and baked potato. Entree choice is made... when you make reservations. Iced tea or pink lemonade in a quart mason jar for drink. No alcohol. $45/person as of Aug of2022 Bring your own left over containers or they give you plastic bags because the amount of food is very large. It's all verydelicious, the folks working there are very kind, and the restaurant is very rustic and there's a gift shop as well. Plenty ofparking and the drive takes you through some beautiful high desert. Worth the visit. Read more

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I took our 6 kids here for dinner. Everything was awesome! The staff, the food, the true... rustic ambiance. I?m not much of a steak eater but DAMN I couldn?t stop eating the steak! The kids enjoyed, corn hole, horseshoe, and lassoing. Everyone is stuffed with amazing food! We will be back! Read more

Food is delicious and service was great, including from the young boy helping his Mom serve our larger group. We?ve been here... several times over the years and even though the price has increased, it?s totally worth the experience. Even the gentlemanworking the gift shop was so polite. Read more

This place is well off the beaten path and worth the trek. We rolled through on bikes on a long, dusty tour and popped our heads... in to see if we could get dinner. Despite being booked solid for the next few months, they managed to accommodate the three ofus. Dinner was incredible. The cowboy beans would be included in my last meal. By the time the steaks arrived, we?d already beenstuffed to the gills. Easily the biggest steak I?ve ever been served, cooked to perfection. I ate until I was about to pop andfelt like I barely made a dent in the monster. Excellent food, incredible service. I?m telling all my friends (and the internet)about this secret gem. Read more
