I called to place an order and one of the items that was listed on their online menu was no longer available. So I had to call... back and no one answered. I decided to drive to the establishment. I walk in and sit down. I sat there for about 10 minutesbefore another customer pointed out that I hadn't been acknowledged. The waitress comes over and takes my order. About 40minutes later the waitress comes by and says it will be a few more minutes. 5 minutes later i finally get my order. No oneapologized for the wait. I looked at my receipt and I was flabbergasted by the cost of the items compared what was listed ontheir online menu. Atleast one item had a $5 increase. The other 3 items had at least $3 or more tacked on. On top of that theycharged .50 per meal to go. Which ended up being an additional $2.00. I got home and ate the food. The smoked brisket sandwich was absolutely amazing and don't forget the house made BBQ sauce.
I've been going to this place since I was 12 we've had parties, receptions you name it it was always there! BUT that was back... when aunt Debbie was running around like crazy uncle George was fixing something or at the end of the bar talking with mygrandparents all laughs and so much fun! Karaoke nights great food (my grandma's coleslaw was the best thing on the menu lol) Iused to go in to help her cup them all for the Friday fish fry which was really good! But NOW it's been completely renovated andlooks amazing! This was the first time I have been there and my aunt Debbie or uncle George wasn't the owners. It's the firsttime I have been there since my grandparents passed away! The new owner did an awesome job on the building and tiffany a half alifetime friend was still there in the kitchen and the bartender was super attentive and service was excellent! Great little bar. The staff was super friendly and attentive, plus the burgers are ridiculous! Cool spot. You must visit.
The waffle fries were excellent. The burger was supposed to have 1000 island dressing, but didn't, it was still very good. The... bar was very nice inside, went in on Sunday afternoon. The waitress was very helpful. I would definitely go back again, and alsorecommend this place. Read more
