Have had nothing but issues with the location. The food is constantly wrong, you pay for extra cheese and get no cheese. Order a... large fry or onion rings and get the large box but only half full. The latest is this weekend when we went we ordered largemeals, this was the drink we got? other places this is the small. It?s the size of a McDonald?s medium. I asked the guy when hegave them to me if that was right as I ordered large, he said yes and walked away. Then I asked the woman who handed me my food,she said they changed the sizes. Mean and hateful woman at the counter, after ordering 2 combo meals that cost over 25$, I asked her for a cup of water for my 1... year old. She walked away and said they don?t have cups for water. I went and got my drink and noticed that the soda machine hada section for water so I asked her again about the cup for water. She said it cost $1, I agreed to pay for it but she thencharged me for a breakfast item, then handed me the small cup for water. I felt like she lied. Why charge me for a breakfastitem when you claim that the cup of water cost a dollar? I requested a full refund for my entire meal and went elsewhere toenjoy my lunch. Every time I visit this location in the past few years it's been a lackluster at best experience. I used to go more but then... they stopped honoring certain coupons and the service, especially as a Black man, left lots to be desired. Today, for example, Iordered in the app and it said I should be there in 20 minutes. I got there maybe 5 minutes late and STILL ended up waiting atleast 10-15 minutes. No one attempted to acknowledge me standing there waiting for several minutes as a new customer who walkedin. I had to go to the regular counter and mention I was waiting and yet it still took several more minutes. It seems they mayhave either given my food away or never completed the order because the drink was already waiting and watery by the time theyhanded it to me. The staff always seems to have an attitude with me. I only visit this location because it's close to my houseand only when I'm REALLY craving Burger King. Even though they deal with a typically older crowd who may have more needs andrequire more patience, that's no excuse for consistently bad attitudes and talking negatively about someone in Spanish becausethey don't think you'll understand (happened the previous visit). In yet another example of why the minimum wage shouldn?t be raised, the woman taking my order at the counter managed to get it... about as wrong as you possibly can. We ordered two combo meals, and said nothing about the size (nor were we asked), so theassumption is that they would both be the standard size (medium, right?). She rang one up as a large and the other as asmall. When I ordered my Whopper meal, I said ?heavy tomatoes, heavy pickles?. She stared at me for a moment. So I clarified,?extra? to make sure she understood (English is her second language). She nodded. So of course, neither were added to the ticketand I had to correct her after the order was paid for. And then made to pay the 60 cents, because of course she couldn?t justcomp a couple tomatoes to make up for the inconvenience. Hire better people! And for other customers, use the self-orderscreens so you don?t have to deal with incompetent people who clearly don?t have a grasp on the English language. Read more
