One star is generous. I order from this chick fila and they always forget the sauces. This is the only one near my job. Their... customer service is not the best. First chick fila where I get terrible customer service. When I called in the lady gave meattitude and hung up. Then spoke with manager and he stated that they added the sauces in bag. I informed him this is not thefirst time. I know it?s just sauce but come on, who eats chick fila plain ? Of course I am upset with no sauces. I had to payfor door dash. The manager stated that I should call door dash to get a refund. It is not door dash fault at all because allthey do is delivery not prepare the food. This chick fila needs to do better. Read more
Ran out of nuggets while there. it happens. was told 5 minutes after I ordered and paid. what can you do? 15 minutes later,... they ran out of fries... okay, bummer. Then they started getting other people who came in after me out the door (and offeredthem food for their wait). about 25 minutes after ordering, got my food and the nuggets weren't it. probably wait a minutebefore I go back but it was a bad experience. It's a convenient location for my family. However, the staff are more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping... customers. I waited at the mobile pickup for 4 minutes because the girl working the area was laughing and talking with acoworker. I wasn't told there was no lettuce, I was just given a sandwich with bitter greens on it. The store is nice and clean. Read more
Do not order catering from this location!! I ordered for a team lunch meeting and it arrived 45 mins after the time requested!!... The delivery person is not even equipped with a wagon or something to be able to deliver all at once he had to make 2 trips ontop of being late already. They said the driver called and was waiting downstairs but there was no call until I called the storeto complain. Read more
Literally the most pathetic chic fila I have visited in my life in terms of efficiency. They sell burnt cookies, they forget the... sauces that you ask for. And the line is always backed up out the door. Sloppy and slow service. Very very annoying andfrustrating to come to this location. I rather not eat it at all or wait until I find another chic fila that has the speedyaccurate service that I am used to. Read more
Worst chic-fil a ive ever been to in my life. Workers are very rude and mean. You?ll never get a smiling or friendly face here.... They are also very stingy on the ice cream. They literally put only a small spoonful of ice cream in my cup. This one shouldhave their franchisee agreement cancelled. Read more
The Service here is Spectacular! The Restaurant is extremely CLEAN! The staff members are super professional, kind, &... ***knowledgeable (about the products). Everyone is so ready/willing to serve & super enthusiastic. Upon entering this place, Ilove hearing the "Welcome to Chick-fil-A" greeting. I really DO feel welcomed. These are some fun & Awesome individuals. Oh yes,not to mention the uniformity in this place is absolutely Terrific! In mere observation staff members seem to all Love wherethey work as well as what they do & it shows by how they treat each & everyone of their guests. I also Love the overalldiversity of the staff. Lisa, the manager, runs a very nice store. *Shout out to staff members Clare (Cashier) & Marie (DiningHost) who did an Outstanding job in service* You can see that each staff member really cares about their jobs & are overseen bya Manager as well as a Management Team which cares about staff members & the customers alike. It's rare to come across such ahealthy balance in the Downtown, Silver Spring area. Congratulations on executing Excellence overall???????????????????????????????????????? The only thing I'd recommend is adding VEGAN CHICKEN to the Menu so that I don't haveto only come here for the fries & drinks but I do understand that request may be a corporate thing.
