The employees are incredibly racist in there. The first thing they do when you walk in is look at your appearance and skin and... then they decide to give you a good treatment or not. I?ve had that happen plenty of time in there. It?s pretty much an alllatino crew in there and they make the other employees who are not Latinos feel completely irrelevant and unwelcome in therealso. The managers are crude and think that I haven?t noticed their low key racism in there. People just want to get servedwithout your pettiness and you dare defer people in a restaurant where it?s entirely public. Read more
This is the closest Chipotle to me, but now I always go a little farther to go to a different one. This location consistently... gets mobile orders wrong, and one time took my mobile order and then just didn't make it at all because their computers werebroken. Last time I went they weren't accepting credit cards. I recommend avoiding this location. Read more

Horrible, standing in line and they tell us no cash. We get to the register and the credit card machine isn't working. We have... been waiting 18 minutes for them to resolve the issue. Terrible experience. I was near the shopping center when I decided to go there, oh what a bad choice I made, first of all the... line was too long, and it took 20 minutes to finally order which was only one thing. My burrito was wide open for a good 5minutes! I don't know if they were short staff but there was only one person taking the order and another at the register.There was no utensils, napkins etc, the service line was dirty.
