Terrible experience. I was near the shopping center when I decided to go there, oh what a bad choice I made, first of all the... line was too long, and it took 20 minutes to finally order which was only one thing. My burrito was wide open for a good 5minutes! I don't know if they were short staff but there was only one person taking the order and another at the register.There was no utensils, napkins etc, the service line was dirty. The employees are incredibly racist in there. The first thing they do when you walk in is look at your appearance and skin and... then they decide to give you a good treatment or not. I?ve had that happen plenty of time in there. It?s pretty much an alllatino crew in there and they make the other employees who are not Latinos feel completely irrelevant and unwelcome in therealso. The managers are crude and think that I haven?t noticed their low key racism in there. People just want to get servedwithout your pettiness and you dare defer people in a restaurant where it?s entirely public. Read more

This is the closest Chipotle to me, but now I always go a little farther to go to a different one. This location consistently... gets mobile orders wrong, and one time took my mobile order and then just didn't make it at all because their computers werebroken. Last time I went they weren't accepting credit cards. I recommend avoiding this location. Read more

Horrible, standing in line and they tell us no cash. We get to the register and the credit card machine isn't working. We have... been waiting 18 minutes for them to resolve the issue. They are communicating with each(the workers) but nothing to me as thecustomer. Poor customer service skills . Read more

It?s bad when you have to avoid a free service just to receive what you paid for. Even worse when you can only go certain times... of the day to be treated well. This location has horrible customer service after 3pm. I ordered and picked up and I kid you notmy bowls were smashed from top and bottom and thrown all sideways in the bag. I took them out and the woman at the window saidshe wouldn?t be making them over. She was the manager! I got into the long line and reordered my food and the line workers wereupset that I was getting my food remade! One worker in particular was so bent out of shape with that solution that she refusedto serve me. When my order came her way she stalled for a bit, I waited patiently and when she didn?t receive a reaction shemoved over to the top of the line and started taking new orders. It went horrible, $44 paid to get hassled. When I repeated mycondiments the lady (who obviously was overwhelmed) started fussing that I didn?t clarify that the sour cream went on the nextbowl. I told her it?s ok and she argued that she will have to remake the bowl. I told her no just leave it that way but fix yourattitude because this experience has been surreal. I asked for the corporate number at the register (after being asked to showproof I paid on the app) and was told to google it because they only have the store number on the receipt. It was my daughter?sidea to have chipotle for dinner, needless to say she isn?t allowed to suggest chipotle anymore after this experience. Don?t order delivery online. I received a totally different order (to a different person!) and the app and AUTOMATED CHAT BOT is... useless at resolving your problems! I literally was unable to speak to a real human being about this problem. Horribleexperience. I?m done with Chipotle because of this. Read more

This used to be one of my favorite Chipotle locations because they were efficient no matter how overwhelmed they were with... customers. I'm thoroughly disappointed today. I ordered double chicken and it looks about the same as the usual amount ofchicken. I, also, ordered queso and they gave me a 1/2 cup full. I paid for all of my extras though which is super frustratingwith all of the inflation. I get it, you might not be able to control the rate of inflation BUT you can give me the accurateamount of food. Charging more and giving less is extremely frustrating! Read more
