Ordered a delivery for my daughter , the door dasher was so kind to call and let me know they were out of apple juice and... Mexican coke drinks( always). The workers gave her the roughest time to replace it, when she asked questioned about the foodthey all but ignored her. Customer service was poor and items not available when ordering for delivery. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. And the worst part is its located right by where I live. They always serve... burnt chicken, i don't understand how hard is it to not burn chicken. 0.001 RATING! RACIST! PRICE GOUGING! RUN! I was charged $34 for two taco bowls. Crazy right! My daughter ordered a bowl, half... chicken and half steak, fixings and Guacamole and a drink. My bowl followed, but with chicken, fixings and guacamole?and adrink. When the person finished preparing my bowl, he said to the cashier, ? the same thing, but with chicken?. Then thecashier said, ?okay?? and quoted my total. I thought that was pretty high for two bowls?said that location was expensive, andwould never come back. Then I looked at my receipt and noticed my daughter?s meal was considered a steak bowl. I asked thecashier why was I charged for a steak bowl, when her meal was a mixture of proteins. The cashier stated because there is noprice for the mixed proteins, he charged her for the steak bowl, I asked why didn?t he charge the amount for a chicken bowlsince chicken was half of the mix. He then said he did not know, then quoted another price, then told me he was the higheramount was charged because my daughter selected steak, and the price for that particular steak increased, so she was charged. Iasked how was a 14 year old supposed to know that. He said there is a sign. It?s kind of hard to pay attention to a small signwhen the prices on the posted menu board says something different. I requested a refund for the difference and was told nobecause I received the food?I said I would give it back.Again, refund rejected. I said, ?okay?. Either there is price gouging,racism or just plain old dumbness going on there, I don?t know, but we will certainly get to the bottom of it. For some reason I can't fathom, my bowls at this location are always really watery. Taste is decent, just unnecessary moisture,... like maybe they don't shake the excess water off the beans? Who knows. Also, the amount of salsa you get with the chips andsalsa is absurdly small. Hope this location gets sorted out, but until then I'm back to going to the 4 Cornersshop. **Update** Well, the salsa situation seems to be getting better, but they constantly leave things off that I orderonline.
