I will begin by saying the food was delicious, but...the service is not very good. I spent just over $100 on dinner for my... family. I ordered 2 lamb over rice from the fajita menu that was supposed to come with a white sauce, but when I got home Idiscovered there was none in my bags. So the lamb and rice fajita was dry. I also ordered a 15 piece fried chicken with 3sides, and only received 2 of those 3 sides. The other items in my order were correct. The young man at the counter obviouslydidn't want to be there and slow as molasses. When I called to let them know about what was missing, he had absolutely nothingto say. I only trying to determine how I could get the missing items, but all he had to say was that the manager was notthere. Just left your establishment on Georgia & Seminary Road, Silver Spring, MD. The young lady taking my order was very rude. When I... first walked in. No greeting, she was sitting with her legs folded on her phone. I had to say hello before she responded. Shetook my order. The total was $11.76. I gave her $15.00 cash. She gave me back $3.00.She did not give me my change. When Iinquired about it. She first ignore me. Then her response was "you pressed about some coins. I asked about my receipt. Shefinally responded after asking several times. You will get it with your order. I asked to speak with a manager, she ignored meagain. Terrible customer service. Will not visit again. Didn't realize till I got home wrong receipt & wrong I order. Thank youfor responding to my review. Just want to clarify. The problem was not the food. The chicken was great. If I could give a zero I would. Order on Uber eats. Was missing my drink and 2 sides. Nothing they could do about the 2 sides... missing. Did I want a come pick them up. Chicken nuggets were a joke- mostly fried chicken skin. 5 pieces of chicken was dry. DONOT order from this place Read more
I work a few doors over and my boss and I constantly crave their burgers, so we?re there at least once a week getting burgers... and cake, they?ve only ever messed up once (because we?re all human and it happens) I politely asked about the mistake and wascompensated immensely with a huge box of fries! (Not to mention the fries are the best I?ve had in a while) I can?t speak forthe chicken or anything else but I really recommend their burgers fries and cakes! So much more than just a fried chicken place. The fried chicken is great, like my grandmother in Mississippi used to make. I'm a fried chicken fan and was excited to see this place pop up. That said, I was a little bit disappointed after my first... visit. The service was remarkably slow. Over 30 minutes for a simple order when the place only had a couple customers. The foodwas also pretty "meh". The spicy chicken sandwhich was not spicy. Fries were a little overcooked. This is my second visit to this location. The first visit we order fish, they cooked the heart and soul out of the fish. We had... to return the fish and get chicken, the chicken was very good. Returned a week later and the chicken is horrible it does nottaste like lasts weeks chicken at all....NO FLAVOR.
