I'm a fan of the latte and the associates usually provide good service.
I don't know what has happened at this location, but my food was inedible. It had an off taste and I mean "I threw it away"... inedible. When was the last time someone threw out a donut?! Read more

The person was Spanish speaking and extremely unprofessional. I was waiting for the store to open and knocked on the door... because she failed to open on time. When I knocked on the door, she said there wasn?t anything available with an attitude. Imentioned that the store was showing opened online but she continued with her attitude and slammed the door in my face! How rudeand disrespectful of the opening person! Was she a manager? Wow! On 6/10 afternoon I visited this shop for the first time. The guy was great, friendly and paid attention to detail. I got... exactly what I ordered and decided to come back the morning of 6/11. I ordered 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and I got twocold bagels two bottoms in one order and two tops on the other. Maybe you want to make the evening guy in charge of the morningcrew.
