Stay away from this Dunkin Donut! Horrible customer service, take long time at drive thru and uncentralized operations and poor... management. The quality of the food is horrible especially donuts. Read more

I frequent this Dunkin' Donuts as it's convenient to my job. Marco did a great job today taking my order, processing my... transaction and with great customer service. I appreciate good customer service, which can be hard to find in Montgomerycounty. The coffee and green tea is always fresh here! Great job guys, keep up the good work! Update: as of early November2022, this Dunkin' is still one of the best in the DMV. Their drive thru/ service is top notch, their products are always fresh,/tasty and the bathrooms are always clean and available. They set the bar very high. This is coming from someone who goes toDunkin almost every day. Great job guys, keep up the great work! Read more

Service is pretty slow inside and in the drive through, rude workers who run the drive through and when I order a small drink... they said the small cups are out of stock so I said ok medium then and they still charged me for a medium size and not small??Like is it my fault your cups are out of stock, why would you charge me extra then? Worse service ever!!! Went to buy a cake which I paid immediately and agreed to come back next day to pick up with a birthday... message written on it to honor a coworker. The cake was not ready and the clerk went inside and came back 15 minutes later withthe cake without the BD message, saying that the person in charge was not there and they would not do anything about it. I thinkthere is not seriousness in their business. They do not care about the satisfaction of the customer. Read more

Horrible customer service skills presented by Dianne in particular. She charged me for multiple items that I did not purchase... when she was suppose to refund me for the terrible tasting lemonade. No manager was on duty and two other rude employees (unidentified male and female) ganged up on me instead apologizing and correcting Dianne?s mistake. After 10 mins of insults fromthe 3 employees another employee Jonanna was able to assist and displayed good customer service skills with her manager on thephone line. Overall the experience really upset me and the drinks were terrible. I will never visit this location again. Read more
