Ok so I?m a delivery driver in the area and i was giving this location a chance to get it together but they just don?t seem like... they are able to. Let?s start with someone wanted to charge me $1.06 for a cup of water when i deliver here allll the time . Imobile order (had to learn quick been time where i wasn?t greeted or anything and waited 5/8 mins before taking my order) mostof the time my food isn?t ready and i have to remind them that i ordered food. When they are busy they don?t even cook my bagelbites the cream cheese still be a little cold. From my observation the workers main and only focus seems to be the drivethru. I?ve witnessed horrible customer service to others as well. It?s one lady i think she?s the manager her attitude isHORRIBLE i mean trashhhhh ! I was so excited for this new location but it?s been nothing but disappointment. First, the lay out of the drive thru. Second... the fact that each time I have gone they are missing items. Several times I have gone and they have no hot fudge, Ice cream tomake cappuccino blast, brownie for the brownie sundae, bananas for the banana royal. It?s just a hot mess. I tried for months before this store opened (without any success) to get a response from someone at Corporate HQ (including the... CEO) regarding making this a kosher Dunkin. Around 20 years ago there were several in Silver Spring, Rockville and Potomac.There are thousands of kosher consumers nearby and this would have been a nice place to go for something other than just coffee. Great brand new store. I like the way the drive thru is separated from the parking lot to avoid car tangles. They have the... standard Dunkin/baskin-robin fare and the kids in there are doing a good job as they get their bearings working in a new store.Most importantly, they seem to always have hot fudge, which is seemingly perpetually broken at the sweet frog nearby. This place used to be my favorite capital one bank ???? for many years. Now today as one of my favorite doughnut ???? shops.... I?ve been a couple of times and they are good. But the drive through window is a bit too far from my car window for me get andgive them at the order window. my order service is a bit on the slow side. but doing good. I?ll return as long as they keep upgood service and good food. Read more
If you're not in a rush, this location is good. Main problem is if you mobile order and go through the drive thru, it's likely... they'll take a while to answer the speaker and won't have your drink ready and start making it when you get to the window. It'slikely faster to just go inside and order and take it out than go through the drive thru. Read more
If your on the go this is A great spot for coffee or A dount! I love it. (Edit) I went inside it today I used the drive-thur... the first time. the service is amazing! workers are kind and friendly. I managed to take some photos of the place I really likeit. it's A great place to eat at in the morning or evening. Read more
Update: I've given up on the drive-thru due to slow service and incorrect orders and tried a mobile order and walk in... today. Same slow service, same lack of care from employees. 3 walk-in customers that ordered at the register got their foodand left before I got my mobile order. I mentioned something to staff and they didn't even apologize they just stared at meblankly. It's really disappointing that a local place like this is just such an undesirable location due to lack of attentionto customers... I really want this place to be as good as most of the other dunkin' donuts that I visit, but so far it'snot. Waited so long for the opening, and was so excited, only to have issues with the first three times I visited and problemswith the first three orders.
