The food was great! Especially loved the Ethiopian food. The staff was super friendly and the cook came out and explained the... Ethiopian food we were eating. Don't get that very often. What fun! My husband and 20 year old son dined here for the first time on Sunday. The food was sooooo good and the staff incredibly... friendly. We tried both Ethiopian and Indian dishes and were so impressed. Good food, but awful bait-and-switch service on the lunch buffet. This is our third time eating at this restaurant, but our... first time getting their advertised lunch buffet. On their menu they stated they are serving a lunch buffet and when we arrivedat 12:30PM we asked the waiter before we sat down whether they are still doing the lunch buffet (otherwise we’d just goelsewhere) and the waiter confirmed that because of the pandemic we will have a “table side lunch buffet” and that he willbring out the food to us. We agreed to that and sat down. We received one tray of the food shown in the picture and when weasked to get more food once we finished (since we were told it’s a buffet) he said he had to go ask someone. He came back andsaid no, he can’t give us more food. We were so confused by the entire situation and to realize we basically got scammed intothinking that we were getting a lunch buffet by this waiter and all we received was one tray of sampler items was enough to makeus not want to go back. I can't say enough. I'll start with the owner. He was great. Attentive and involved. Every restaurant does better when the owner... is involved and you can tell he cares. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Now on to the food. I had furaula and Momo'sto start. They were delightful. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh well prepped. The goat for my main course was sowonderfully spiced and just amazingly tender. I had the paratha to tie things together and it was a great add on. Worth a visitif you are in the area. Read more
