Great service. Food was nice and hot. I will say the Singapore rice noodles were not the best. And really pricey compared to... other restaurants. I’m not sure if they don’t offer it or if duck sauce/ soy sauce was forgotten to add to my order. If Idecide to try them again, I’ll definitely go for another dish. Beef egg roll wasn’t bad but I really think the duck saucewould have added to it. Read more

I don't understand how this place is a 4 star ! This fake Chinese food is absolutely grossssss! I have never ate noddles without... any flavor like this before. All the workers look at you crazy just because your not one of them a (jew) very out of place anddisrespectful just because we are a different race or religion does not give you the right to treat others different especiallyif we live in the neighborhood for about 30 years Read more

Ordered lunch for business meeting and really loved the food, and experience. Had to wait extra time for falafel….which was... SOOO WORTH IT! Delicious, fresh, and the customer service was excellent, they apologized for the wait even though it was a wayto get the freshest falafel! No worries Holy Chow, your food is delicious! Thank you Read more

I have been here four different times and asked for falafel, they didn't have. The owner/manager felt bad and said next time... you come, we will give you falafel on the house...it's funny, giving away stuff that they never have...I gave them 1 star fortrying lol Read more

Ordered chicken chow mein. Tried to fish for chicken for half an hour. Better go to Nova Europe nearby. At least you'll get... impeccable table-cloth and spotless tableware. And it would not be much more expensive. Read more

I might be overly angry about this because it ruined my husband's 40th birthday evening, but we ordered in from Holy Chow that... Thursday night because we had covid and could not go out :( We are within their usual delivery zone but they did not have adriver available that night, but they said we could do grubhub. OK. We placed the order at 5:10, and at it was supposed toarrive at 5:52. The grubhub delivery driver arrived and was told it would be a 25 minute wait, then waited for 40 minutes, andwas told it would be another 25 minutes. He understandably cancelled the pickup. I called the store, very angry, and they toldme that they had several large orders and they were understaffed and then hung up on me (maybe I deserved this. I was kindayelling, but seriously!) Another driver picked up the job and we eventually got our food at 7:15, over TWO HOURS after weordered it, except that we did not get our food at all. We got another person's food that was one entree, not three, and Iwound up having to fight through it to make dinner for my kids and my husband ordered pizza and ate a late, sad dinner. Iunderstand being understaffed, but with the prices they charge, they should be able to pick up employees. At a bare minimum, ifthere is going to be a delay, you should be able to communicate that when someone calls. If someone called after me and put inlarge orders, then they should prepare mine FIRST and communicate that there will be a delay to THOSE customers. Also, afterALL that, they could have at least made sure they gave me the right order. Delayed orders are not just delayed orders...theyare crying, hungry children, haggard moms cooking dinners at a moment's notice to get hungry kids into bed, and ruined nights. For crying out loud, at the very least, you can learn to estimate cooking time and communicate clearly. I will say, in theinterest of fairness, if you do finally get their over-priced food, it's decent. Read more
