Worst customer service ever.They serve food in cheap plates from Costco.Rice should be served with all platers plus one... side.staff is very unfriendly.I asked for Togo container.They gave me plastic container.I asked for three compartment containerso I can put my food in different compartments.Guy refused to give it to me.How can you refuse a customer just 2 centcontainer.I was planing to stop by every week with my family and would have spend $75 every week but not any more.They must beloosing clients every day.This adds up.They will know few years down the road. This place has always had good food. Me and my family have been coming here for 10 years. We order our food the same way every... time. Each time we get chicken karahi. I drove over 40 min to and from just to get food from here. They gave us 2 orders of beefkabob. I had to drive back after they agreed to re make the food for 20% off. When I got there they told me it was our faultfor ordering the wrong this. Mind you, we do not eat beef. We did not even touch the first order but refused to redo our mealfor free. The staff was rude and threw our remade food in a bag and made a huge mess. When I asked them to repack the bag theyput the spilled food in the box. Over and over again while inside, the staff continued to take off their mask and did not weargloves. What I remember of this place was great food, service, and and cleanliness. My favorite dish at this restaurant was chicken karahi made fresh from the ingredients they used to use. Every time I traveled... from New York, this place was a must for dining. My last visit was a disappointing experience, as my favorite dish was tastedquiet different. My favorite dish tasted like made in Ragú sauce. It tasted like they cooked the pre steamed chicken in tomatosauce to give it the name of karahi chicken That?s what happens when these restaurants gets fame and get very busy, they lookfor short cuts to their cooking methods.
