Edit 11/05/22: dine in is now open! Customer service is nice most of the time. I like the employees here they do their best.... The food sometimes doesn?t come as you ordered or they forget some stuff, which is a major inconvenience. This locationsupports mobile order pick up now, which is great - only negative thing is you cannot order Taco Bell through the app. The newinterior is pretty clean, they?ve changed it drastically as compared to before the pandemic hit. It's a dead, restaurant with barking service members who'd rather talk to you as though you've done wrong by just coming in. The... food is awful and the African guy is very rude. I think he owns it. I saw him be rude to a delivery guy for just picking upfood. I'm sure he'll write about his experience too. I cannot belive this place has returning customers but hey its the only kfcaround.. guess it's Popeyes from now on. They were rude to almost everyone I saw and the food looked old. Read more

I love KFC but I find the pieces of chicken very small for the price i pay. It's great tasting, but very greasy. Friendly staff,... and clean definitely visit this place again since I am Chicken lover. Read more
Went to order from Taco Bell. We didn't know that KFC was joined as well. Walked up to the counter didn't no one acknowledge us.... The manager came to the counter & looked at us. We asked him could we order he said if we wasn't in a hurry he would eventuallyget to us because you really suppose to order on the Taco Bell App. Although Google states you can dine in. The drive thru linewas 8 cars long & they orders come first. We left & want to warn everybody if you are in a hurry order through the Taco Bell Appor you will be waiting til Doomsday. Read more
So tired of ordering in drive thru and every single time they miss something in my order. It absolutely NEVER fails! Given this... establishment chance after chance after chance and now I will take my business up to Wheaton where they ALWAYS get it right eachtime. Sucks because it's 5 minutes away but when it happens each time, its time to find another one who doesn't forget. Read more
I took pictures of the Cinnamon Buscuits I bought. They taste, feel, and smell just as good as they look. They were warm, enough... cinnamon and icing, and wow. You should go there. KFC really trying to step up their game. And I like it. Read more
They never have anything and are always closing early. Horrible management, horrendous customer service, and again they NEVER... have anything. They need new management or just shut them down. I'd give them no stars, if I could!! Read more
