The entire staff is Spanish no diversity. I had a complaint about a disagreement with one of the staff about him trying to take... my order but he couldn?t understand English. So I got home and it?s was trash lint in my food and they put sauce on both sidesto cover it up but you could see it. Like they drag it on the ground. I?ll never go back to location ever again and I?ll bemaking a call to corporate. The manger for the night is very very rude she closes the store early for walk in google says theyclose 9 she?ll close the inside at 8:15 (this is a fact ) nobody is there to police the entire business and the competence ofthe employees. The employees are very nice, but the coffee is always watery, without fail. You're basically getting an undrinkable coffee... everytime. Read more
It was nice, very clean, but there is always at least one homeless person outside, begging for food. They are harmless, but if... you are a nice person with a caring heart, be prepared to give someone some food. There is a lot of need in that community. Theservice was very speedy too. I visit this location often and usually have few complaints. Unfortunately that is not always the case. This particular time I... ordered a McChicken and fries. I requested mayonnaise on the side for my fries, only to be told by the cashier they ?don?t havemayonnaise in the building at all?. Although the app didn't work; the food was hot, everything was really good. Update: App has been working wonderfully on the last... 4 trips There is a cool guy that does the drive thru at night. He always has a pleasant attitude and makes sure everything ishot. I don't think I have ever experienced such great service from a McDonald's team. From 1-star to a cautious 4-stars. It re-opened 4 days ago. Newly renovated. Mostly new staff. I'm hoping the neighborhood... returns because Seniors made this McDonalds special. Older folks with good conversation and no cellphones in sight. Now theother goodies: 2 TVs, free WIFI, outlets with built-in USB ports, touch screen menus, table service, and 2 drive thru windows.There is less seating. Parking is the same. So expect to park on the very busy street while waiting for drive-thru food. This iswhy only 4-stars! Read more
