personally i think mod pizza is very greasy and i don't always like to eat it however it can be delicious if i need something... greasy. really nice atmosphere though i have noticed this about all the mods. there have picture collages of their workers andcustomers and overall is a very welcoming place. Today's our last time ordering from Mod. Would say from just this location, but they're the only one that delivers to us, so I... guess we're done with the whole chain. I have a nightshade allergy. No tomatoes. Simple, right? But if someone else in thehouse wants tomatoes on their salad, we end up with tomatoes on every salad. This is the fourth order where we've had to call toask them to send the salad without tomatoes. One evening in particular, they made the salad with tomatoes *three times*. Eventhough the manager called on our behalf and specifically asked that there not be any tomatoes. Another time we ordered and put anote on the salad that said "no tomatoes on this salad please" and still got tomatoes. This time when we ordered, no one in thehouse ordered tomatoes, just to eliminate the possibility of any mix up, but we still ended up with two salads full of tomatoeseven though, you can see from the picture, tomatoes are not listed anywhere on the order. Did I anger a tomato god? Is this mypunishment? Am I doomed to suffer, crushed by an avalanche of tomatoes? It kind of feels like it. The last straw was howincredibly rude the person that I spoke to was. Extremely terse and patronizing, long pauses, sighing, and obviously veryannoyed that I had called. Every time I tried to say that I was sorry to ask them to remake it, it's just really important thatthe salad not have tomatoes, they'd cut me off with "yes I UNDERSTAND, you have an ALLERGY." I've spoken to people in the pastabout this who have been extremely nice and understanding, but this particular person was so mean! Come on, man, I already feellike a jerk making someone do more work, especially making someone drive back out here, but I just want the food that Iordered! Edit: They sent out the corrected salad, with a couple of cakes, which was very kind of them ... but the salad wasstill wrong. No tomatoes this time, so I'll take it, but it was missing several ingredients. Read more
As many MODS as I?ve come across, I?ve never been. Think it?s cool to see em making the pizza in front of ya ? Why this place... can?t get 5 stars? Customer service. Decent personalized pizza at reasonable price. You pick the size and the topping. You can have as many toppings for the same... base price. The atmosphere is casual and the service is friendly. 6" kids pizza for $6.67, 11" pizza $8.67, 11" gluten-friendlycauliflower crust $10.67 There is some classic pizza too Read more
I wasn't really impressed. They took forever at this location. We had five pizzas total and they all came out at different... times. Maybe it would have been better hot but this location doesn't have many seats to eat as they were all being used. Read more
My friend and I enjoyed a quick pizza lunch here. We ordered and the food was ready inside 5 minutes. We ate in a clean... comfortable booth. His made to order pepperoni on asiago and mozzarella pizza was served hot and tasty. My mini chicken andmushroom pizza with mini Canadian bacon garnished green salad made a quick and balanced meal. This place has been open for a while and we finally visited yesterday. It's great! One set price for size and then you add all... your toppings kind of like Chipotle. Ours was made quickly and it was delicious! Lots of seating available inside and easy toshare a pizza with a friend. Read more
We popped in on a Friday evening, and it was dry in there. The service was nice, but from now on I?ll opt for &pizza, which is... just a few blocks away but still in walking distance. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because the dessert was the cherry on top. Read more
