I try not to be too negative whenever I visit somewhere so ... The parking is easy. That's a plus. And we were seated quickly.... But nothing else was easy here. Table service was slow, we were invisible to our server, didn't even get told her name, refillson soda were basically impossible to get, our appetizer appeared - finally - at exactly the same time as our entrees so we thenhad to decide between cold apps or cold steak, and when my glass of wine eventually arrived, and it was white not red asordered, I just drank it because I couldn't face the wait for our server and saw no point in complaining. We should have gone toa Ruth's Chris. It's more expensive but they are never, ever slow or inattentive. UPDATE: Used the link posted below to contactthem directly. I had one of my best steaks in this restaurant. Will definitely go back. Great place ????!
So I really wanted a steak and this was the closest reasonably priced place. I should have just gone the more expensive route.... Not sure if my server had something going on or if it was just short staffed but he didn?t seem to really be concerned with us.My steak was damn near rare and the wings were ordered could have been cooked a bit longer. Something's declining at Outback. The restaurant is clean, the waiter is nice, but... The plates have gotten smaller, the... kitchen messed up my party's order twice, the steaks are smaller than on the menu. Considering how high calorie the menu is,you'd think the portions would match. But not quite. Overall, the restaurant is doing fine, but I don't know for how long. Read more
When we got there it wasn't busy. It looked like there was two maybe three tables with people. We waited for awhile before a... host finally came upto the front. It still astonishes me for an empty restraurant to seat booths back to back when therestraurant is empty during covid. Especially when there is a sign behind the counter that says remember social distancing. Itwould not have been quite as irritating if it didn't sound like there were twelve people sat in the booth next to us. They werevery loud and the chatter was non stop. Never did they quiet down, very strange. They dimmed the lights at 3:52 which seemedweird with how light it was outside. When the waiter arrived, he came with the bread (which is delicious) and plates. Hebrought only two plates for three people. Unfortunately he never brought a third plate. We ordered drinks and appetizers. They came out quickly. We had the Bloomin' Onion and the Seared Peppered Ahi. Both were really good. The Ahi had a big lumpof Wasabi, it looked funny and even funnier with the bit of Lettuce rolled up into it. The waiter was very pleasant and did notpush us to hurry up and order. The host however seated another loud family in the other side who did not wear masks for covid,yelled, and played YouTube videos. The waiter came back to inform me that they do not have prime rib today. I opted for thesalmon instead and kept the sides I chose for the prime rib. The salmon was cooked adequately, however they did not cut the endof the stalk off of the asparagus so it was tough and fibrous. Surprisingly there was no seasoning to the asparagus. They mywife's bloomin' Onion chicken was good but greasy. Refills on drinks were slow to come. When we were done, the waiter was nowhere to be found. Would not recommend. Read more
Got seated pretty quick but then it took forever to get our drink order. I ordered the shrimp meal with rice and Mac and cheese.... The shrimp had a little too much pepper and they forgot my Mac and cheese. Then waited again for drinks. The waitress was niceand the Mac and cheese was delicious. Read more
I Came Here For Dinner After A Long Day. I Ordered The Bloomin? Shrimp Appetizer Which I Could NOT Stop Eating (Very Delicious ,... Especially With Ranch). I Ordered The Towoomba Salmon Which I Did Not Receive At First (My Order Was Wrong). When I Did Get TheRight Menu Item , It Was Mediocre & I Didn?t Really Care For The Taste.
