Highly unorganized. Ordered on the app and it was not ready 20 minutes after I arrived even though it says order ready on the... app. I asked the people taking orders and they said yeah I saw your name and proceeded to do for another ten minutes???? I askedone guy again and he asked me again what was the order name. All I ordered were muffins and coffee? These people do not knowwhat is going on and honestly do not care either. Read more
Always great service when placing order and pick up counter. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Many people come here to meet,... study or do work. Food is exactly as ordered. Read more
Food usual consistent good. Ordered Rapid pickup and it was clearly disorganized with multiple pick ups waiting for an order to... appear that the app showed as complete. #notrapid. No line at the same time and could have been out of there ten minutesearlier. Read more
I have nothing good to say about this establishment. The management fall to properly govern the employees. The employees have... poor customer service skill. If you are reading this comment, you should truly reconsider eating (order out ) from anotherrestaurant, This location has very little respect for their customer. Horrible. Don?t go here. We waited 15 minutes in line and another 30 minutes for a BLT and drink. There is barely anything in... this sloppy sandwich and I had to ask for a cup and lid for my drink which I paid $2.50 for. Otherwise they?d have forgot. Theygave me the wrong cup size too! Overpriced for this quality of food. Customer service is bad as well, employees including themanager were rude and clipped. Manager named Jake had gloves on that barely fit his hands, which makes me question thecleanliness of this restaurant. Especially don?t dine in!!! I was so sorry for the people who?s sandwiches were quickly slappedonto a plate with ham and lettuce scattering everywhere. Cons: This place makes me uncomfortable. The young girl cashier with the big glasses and braces was very rude. She definitely... needs some more training on how to talk to customers and take orders. I understand how it feels to be working in a busy cafe,but the carelessness of preparing the food seems to happen more often than not. Not all of the employees are rude, but some ofthem do not seem to enjoy there time working there. Of course, it isn?t expected to enjoy a fast food cafe job, but don?ttransfer your anger to your customers. Pros: The food tastes fine and the drinks are usually pretty good. The service is quickas well. Overall: The cafe itself is fine, but they must?ve had some new employees and the one cranky old lady is still there. Read more
