Never again! My pizza was not well done, the bacon was uncooked, huge chunks of chicken breast. The driver must have dropped the... pizza or something because the cheese was on the other side of the pizza along with toppings. They do not care about the qualityat all !! This is the closest pizza shop I can order. I have used it multiple times. Whenever I call to order, the guy put me on hold and... then forget me forever. One day, I was on hold for an hour and half and then I drive to the shop asked him why he put me on holdfor such long time, he told me that the phone some problems. When I was talking to him, another customer called and this guy puthim/her on hold and didn't pick the phone again until I left the shop. Amazingly, he was using his mobile phone throughout thetime....I guess the pizaa house doesn't care about its customers. I am wondering how this shop survived in the business. Read more
Customer of 10+ years. Things have gotten so bad i am done. Wrong orders, Cold Food, and Slow delivery. We give good tips to... drivers but the delivery fee has gone way up, it is now at About $4 per order. We only live about a mile from our location. They offer credits when you get a bad order and then don't honor those credits. Ask for refund? They say absolutely andapologize then never actually do the refund! Think twice before you order! I’m fairly new to the area and this is the closest pizza bolis near me. This is my second time ordering from here and the... second time they messed up my order. I won’t go into detail about the first time but the second time was just as bad. Myhusband and I ordered a small pizza, med. pizza and mozzarella sticks. First both pizzas were cold, then they gave us a med.cheese instead of pepperoni and our mozzarella sticks were missing the marinara sauce. My husband and I were both sick so wewere hoping they could deliver us new items so we wouldn’t have to leave the house again but instead he offered to credit mycard for the messed up order. I haven’t received my credit so I feel like I got scammed!! Not to mention my husband got sickoff the pizza also. They don’t wear gloves or masks. Don’t go here unless you want people who don’t take accountabilityfor their mistakes! If you don’t want to distribute refunds stop messing up orders. Usually I’m pretty understanding but itdoesn’t help when you feel like they are rushing you off the phone while placing your order then when you tell them they madea mistake they argue with you. I order for delivery, I forgot to tell them I was paying with $100 and not only that the driver said he wanted 10 mins. Now... they claim they won't deliver at my address. I asked specific sauce 2 pcs of garlic butter and 10 each parmesan cheese and pepper packets but i only get 1 butter and 3 pcs... of red pepper.
