their costumer service is terrible. i ordered from them and they didn?t to bring both of my pepsi sodas so i gave them a call,... they picked up and the guy was rude and i asked if i can get a refund he said ?no, but i can give you 8 dollars off your nextorder? and i don?t see that anywhere. now i?m trying to give these people a call and nobody?s answering. terrible. Pizza was disgusting and disappointing the last 4 times I have ordered from here. The cheese was way too thick and still white... when you receive order. Quality is horrible and staff is not super friendly. I have been ordering from here for over 15 yearsand will never order here again!!!! Usually people write reviews when they are not to happy. I thought what the heck let me write a good one for this spot. Trued... the new Spicy Pizza - Veggie version. Placed an online order for 7 PM and it was right there on time at the 13318 branch. Verygood manager on site. The pizza was amazing, I guess an experiment from Pizza hut! I really never write reviews but I am so deeply disappointed in this pizza hut I figure I should warn others so they don't waste... their time or money. I've lived nearby this particular pizza hut ever since I was a kid and have been a loyal customer. It wasalways good pizza, and good wings. I don't know what happened in the past few years but the pizza is TRASH now. They skimp ontomato sauce on the pizza so it's incredibly dry and the crust tastes old and artificial. I ordered a pizza last week and askedfor the garlic parmesan crust because that's the only thing that makes the pizza decent. Somehow, the pizza maker didn't payattention to my order and didn't put on any crust seasoning resulting in an incredibly dry disgusting slice of cardboard withcheese. Like really guys.. how hard is it to make a decent tasting pizza and to follow the order of what the customer wanted.Without fail, almost everytime I order they forget something. The time before that I ordered half bacon and half cheese pizza.I checked my order obviously before I left and I saw there was no bacon. HOW do you completely forget to add a topping?? I askedthe woman at the front and she tried to tell me it was there and just under the cheese. I said no... It's definitely not onthere. She finally agrees when she realized I wasn't falling for it and brings it to the back to have it fixed. Also if I everorder a cookie pie, I've had to call beforehand to ask them to please keep on eye on it because they almost always overcook itto the point where it turns into a rock. The only thing that kept me coming back were the wings, which are pretty much the onlything decent here anymore. After my last experience, I think I've given up entirely on pizza hut as they obviously don't haveany pride in the pizzas they make for being a PIZZA HUT. The Hut can be hit or miss depending on the management. This particular hut is always consistent with their recipes making for... a quality product and never fails to satisfy. My only complaint is they do not deliver to my home resulting in quite a hit tothe convenience factor of ordering out for pizza. Never the less this is a quality hut and I will continue ordering from it. Read more
I ordered pizza for pickup on a Sunday night. We decided to get a dinner box which included 2 pizzas , wings, and breadsticks. I... found that to be pretty good deal but my issue was with the wings they weren?t sauced AT ALL. They were boneless wings withsauce drizzled on top. Not at all like other pizza huts I?ve been to. The manager was terrible in trying to help and told methey did nothing wrong on their end I was told to ?add sauce to them at home and shake it in a bowl? which is ridiculousbecause that?s what I paid Pizza Hut to do! They could have at least covered each wing with sauce. I recommend ordering fromsomeone else the manger there is very rude and he decided to not help me at all. The worse service. I ordered a Detroit style pepperoni and jalapeños pizza. It was for pick up. We went to pick up and when we... gor home we realized there was no pepperoni. I called back and i was told we can make a new one and come back and pick up. Icouldn't go back so then was told i can get a 5$ refund for a 13$pizza. Thats terrible service to me..if there was a 0 o wapuldhave scores a 0..the person that answered was not helpful and sounded like he could care less and then hung up. Read more
